Hey dude I just wanted to add a slightly faster/easier way to kill an animal for slaughter. If guns are legal where you're at a .22 bullet directly between the eyes of whatever animal it is will out it down before it knows what's hit it. The method in the video is good too but it can be a bit more difficult physically and maybe emotionally if you get attached to for example a farm animal of yours.

And with everything except the birds that's just how we put them down before butchering them is putting some food out and letting them eat it then shooting them when their head is down before cutting their throat and draining them out. The bullet will either immediately kill it or put it out so that it won't feel anything after that. I'm not saying anything against the way he does it in the video, I'm just sharing the way I know how.

Thank you for the demonstration. I tried to be vegetarian for three months because I love animals but my body needed the nutrients. I was getting dizzy and periodically lost focus. God made my body in such a way that I need to eat meat. I was wondering if it would make a difference if I bought from a halaal butcher I saw nearby. Thank you for making me feel better about my decision. I hate factory farming and the conditions those animals have to go through. I also slaughtered a goat while they were shaking and screaming and that was a pasture raised goat. I had trauma from that experience. Thank you for the work that you do :)

Harold Altamirano I think had you used a captive bolt it would have been immediately brain dead and not know what followed. I have seen a sheep killed with a captive bolt, she was munching hay one moment and dead the next with a captive bolt, no shaking or screaming. She was a pet sheep, very old and had been rescued as a very tiny lamb that would not have survived in the flock. It was a quick and easy death for her. I believe all cattle should be killed with a captive bolt there is a big difference as they just drop unconscious and can then be bled as although brain dead the heart is usually still beating if immediately bled.
God has sent down to us the heavenly books, and the last book was the Quran, an ideal and wonderful book. I hope you read it, it is very important and benefits us a lot in our lives. He told us in His Holy Book that He created animals for us to use them, eat them, and benefit from their wool, and more and He forbade us from everything that is bad for our bodies.

That method give a better quality of meat too. Less stress at slaughter, the meat is more tender. If stressed, animal produces more hormones and toxines that goes in the meat. And always bleed the animal cos the Scriptures say that life is in the blood and we should not eat blood at all! I love that video even though i don't really eat meat. I have done this easily with full grown cows in the field also chickens but not for slaughter. Sorry to tell you it isn’t anything to do with religion. I am sure if I had slit its throat it would soon be panicking and thrashing, around choking on its own blood just as they do in the abattoirs.

After watching this video a few years ago, I was driving on a very dangerous road, and a Bull was in the middle of the road blocking tragic on a dangerous corner. I got out of my car, and kept repeating without fear Bismillah ,Allahu Akbar and lead him back into his pasture, and saved all of us from a truck loaded with granite, that could have killed us. these animals have the same emotional capacity as human beings when they see their fellow animals being ushered out they all understand what is happening, the prophet pbuh also seldomly ate meat which is rarely mentioned. I remember watching this years ago when the news "broke" on how "evil" halal was. 13 years later alot of nonsense has come forth about practices of islam and there practices. There are bad apples on every belief system. Im by no means a muslim. But those who choose to follow there gods word and do things the moral and correct way i have no problems with. People who have been stabbed with sharp knifes as long as they don't see the injury they said they didn't feel any pain or notice they were stabbed. Hey dude I just wanted to add a slightly faster/easier way to kill an animal for slaughter. If guns are legal where you're at a .22 bullet directly between the eyes of whatever animal it is will out it down before it knows what's hit it. The method in the video is good too but it can be a bit more difficult physically and maybe emotionally if you get attached to for example a farm animal of yours.

And with everything except the birds that's just how we put them down before butchering them is putting some food out and letting them eat it then shooting them when their head is down before cutting their throat and draining them out. The bullet will either immediately kill it or put it out so that it won't feel anything after that. Harold Altamirano I think had you used a captive bolt it would have been immediately brain dead and not know what followed. I have seen a sheep killed with a captive bolt, she was munching hay one moment and dead the next with a captive bolt, no shaking or screaming.
She was a pet sheep, very old and had been rescued as a very tiny lamb that would not have survived in the flock. It was a quick and easy death for her. I believe all cattle should be killed with a captive bolt there is a big difference as they just drop unconscious and can then be bled as although brain dead the heart is usually still beating if immediately bled.

I have done this easily with full grown cows in the field also chickens but not for slaughter. Sorry to tell you it isn’t anything to do with religion. I am sure if I had slit its throat it would soon be panicking and thrashing, around choking on its own blood just as they do in the abattoirs.

these animals have the same emotional capacity as human beings when they see their fellow animals being ushered out they all understand what is happening, the prophet pbuh also seldomly ate meat which is rarely mentioned. I remember watching this years ago when the news "broke" on how "evil" halal was. 13 years later alot of nonsense has come forth about practices of islam and there practices. There are bad apples on every belief system. Im by no means a muslim. But those who choose to follow there gods word and do things the moral and correct way i have no problems with. People who have been stabbed with sharp knifes as long as they don't see the injury they said they didn't feel any pain or notice they were stabbed. I remember that I used to read in the Qur'an that some animals were created by God to give benefits for human and some are to provide food. My heart was trembling while looking at how those lambs were very calm by hearing the name of Allah - The Almighty.
By the way, the prayer he's saying is also my favorite. My daddy used to teach me when I was a child (almost died). Insyaa'Allah I will always remember this very powerful prayer. Many times my life saved from dangerous situations because of it.
