Hey guys, I'm back with another video on Kpop's most dreaded fan, Oli London. After becoming known as the obsessed fan of BTS' Jimin, Oli then went on to "become transracial" and transgender (specifically "becoming" Blackpink's Rose), causing widespread outrage. But just when everyone thought things couldn't get any crazier, Oli recently made a 180 degree switch and came back... as a conservative christian politician (or so he claims)! In this video we will be covering Oli's various transformations and talking about what he has been up to since becoming a conservative.

@@erikascencen Currently, Oli is appearing on right wing news stations and promoting an anti trans narrative and he is being taken seriously BECAUSE most people do not know his past as a troll. They think he is serious about christianity. I think this video is crucial because it highlights his trollish behaviour over the years to point out that NO ONE, including right wing stations, should take him seriously.
In this case i think making sure everyone knows his past is essential in making sure he doesnt continue building a political career for himself. But hey, thats just me.

5:17 An another annoying thing is about being "transracial" is already a term. It's used by adoptees that are adopted by a family that is a different race than their own. It's one thing to say, "I like a country/culture/language", but it's another to say "I'm a different race".
If transgender people are a thing, then transracial is a thing too

Trans people don't hurt or mock anyone no matter what choice they make medically during their transition, whereas transracial people transition into a group they know nothing of and were never a part of culturally, and by proxy, only spread stereotypes and take spaces that could be reserved for people who were actually born into that group and who actually need those spaces. Transracial people can't be a thing, and they should not be equated to transgender people in any way.

Yeah sorry but no. Firstly gender socialization continues through your entire life not just youth so transgender people have actual lived social experiences of their gender. You can't have the racial experience of another race. They don't have a cultural basis. They don't deal with the same oppression and trauma at any point in their life partially because they will never even vaguely appear to be that but more importantly because their families can never have that experience, racial experience expands beyond a single person it is generational. They don't have families that experienced the historical oppression of their race. Oppression requires a power dynamic. White folks have oppressed asian culture in the united states' for generations, most egregious example being camps for japanese Americans in WW2. Trans people being a minority that has been oppressed consistently can not appropriate in that way and can fully experience their lives gender post transition. They generally do not have the same experiences of people of their biological sex to begin with, example: trans women are typically very effeminate from youth and have to deal with relatable misogyny even prior to transition. Oli doesn't even have a relatable experience to understand racial oppression. He's never for example delt with racial slurs or had his eyes made fun of or been the only asian person in his school. He's never had his culture appropriated or lived in fear because he is being scapegoated like for example when Asians were receiving threats and an uptick in violence because COVID was being pitched as the "china virus".
It's not even remotely the same. There are countless reason that I haven't listed here but it's simply not possible.

The more that time goes by, the more Oli reminds me of an old friend of school who I cut out of my life. When I met him/her, I was a first year at secondary school and he/she was a second year I met through drama class, something that should have foreshadowed me of his/her future. Fast forward to when we were in our late teens, he/she was a metalhead, who stated God was likelier to exist then the evolutionary theory because it was just bonkers we came from fish and he/she was awfully touchy (he/she was attracted to me from my very first year and acted salty when I dated my ex which was like two years after I rejected him/her). Then, about 4 years later, he/she was still making the occasional flirtatious comment whilst planning to propose to his/her long-term girlfriend (yikes) and confessed to me he/she was helping his girlfriend with prostituion because she liked sex and couldn't get enough. He/she hadn't even bothered to check for health risks she was getting herself into, and this is the same person who's been active with an organization combatting African child prostitution. Then he/she proposed to her, and they were engaged.Then, suddenly his/her Facebook became inactive, and they sent me a friendship request on a new account coming out as transgender. This is when I decided to decline their friendship request because I was just done with all the drama, especially because I had been nursing my own mother back to health after she was hit by a car because most of our family has immigrated and my dad left ages ago. I was just 21 at the time and because of my mom's accident, it felt like the entire world had forgotten I existed whilst I was constantly taking care of her needs. I was emotionally tired and simply couldn't deal with him/her anymore. Now, I met him/her again this past summer as we bumped into each other during the Amsterdam Pride (I'm from the Netherlands). He/she actually seemed serious about transitioning and even in the past had displayed curiosity about crossdressing so now I've stopped referring to him/her as him, but I still won't call him/her 'simply' her, as this person is just so fucking confused and lost. He/she sent me another request after the pride, and guess what, they've been getting more spiritual like into tarot cards and deviating from the church... Until he/she found herself/himself, I'm just going to call him/her, him/her and I'm not going to be their friend again because it's emotionally draining to keep up.
I hope Oli finds himself too.
People who are as confused as Oli's eras actually exist, and thinking about my old friend, I'm actually wondering if going a more spiritual/cult route is the next stop in Oli's career.

I think the best thibg to do is to ignore Oli London. He wants attention and people are giving it to him. He is gaining money from his ridiculous antics. He is definitely worse than Trisha Paytas (t least Trisha was less of a cringe, IMO). If he wants to be a CLOWN, then let him. But do not fatten up his wallet.
