It’s just triggering to hear that as a long-term acne sufferer so my comment was to serve as a reminder to other people who are insecure about their skin. Sorry for any confusion! Kara, my Mom suffered so badly with acne when she was young. This was before they had any kind of help for that. She ended up with scarring on her face. I always thought my Mama was beautiful. I’m sure you are beautiful too. ❤️

The opposite of what she said “if the mother is introvert its draining to have an extroverted child” my mother is extrovert and I am introvert and she drives me INSANE. Always trying to talk to me. Always being loud. Its like the energizer bunny. Sometimes I just sit in my room & cry because I can’t get away from the noise. This is going to sound dramatic to those that are extroverts. But to the extreme introverts like myself you understand how mentally DRAINING it is to be growing up & living with someone who is extreme extrovert. 🥺😭 I’m very scared I’m going to end up with all extroverted children.
I don't know if my perspective will interest you at all but as an extravert I find being around introverts incredibly draining and at times upsetting. As much as you will require silence or a certain type of detached conversation we require noise and emotional interaction and it's very painful to be without it. Tina, I'm sorry you suffered so with your one "natural" birth. I think it would have been easier if you had had a doula or an attentive midwife, and if you had been able to take something like Bradley classes. But 99% of doctors don't suggest it. For me, it was not so much painful as exhausting. If I ran marathons, I would compare it to that.
Yes about the extroverted children and being an introverted mom. It's tiring. 😔😅 And yes moms know a lot of things and yes we keep some things to ourselves... definitely... My son was ugly for the 1st 6 months but after, he hasn't had an ugly day in his life so far. 🤷🏽♀️ Of course, he'll never know unless he asks but I don't think he ever will. There's no favorite child. There's me loving my children differently because they're each unique. I've got 2, js. Oh and Morgan, bring your mom back. We need a part 2. 😏

They've mentioned it in videos in the past. In my opinion, its too young. As someone who dated the same person for 5 years from age 15-20, it's pointless. Because you grow up and change and don't really know what you want until you're older, USUALLY. I can't say it's that way for everyone, but what happened with me was I was with the same person for a while and was just afraid of change even though it wasn't even the right person. And you can get so used to something and never really know any different, but it's not necessary the best for you. Also, when you're that young it's basically pointless. Because the point of dating is to marry. And that's obviously too young to get married. Plus, you can be more prone to make mistakes at such a young age

He started making fun of me and told me that’s way to far away to even think about. But with his response, I saw that it would have never worked out with him. He just wanted a girlfriend at the moment to show off with. And we both have different set of morals and beliefs. I want to wait until marriage, when clearly he won’t. I’m glad I did the right thing, but it would have never ended good, and I had a feeling I would have regretted yes. Love the support though!😊❤️
