    Assalamualaikum.
According to my opinion Islamic school is very relevant for kinder garden, elementary and junior school, because we have to teach them the basic of Islam early.

Why do they allow to bring speakers that have pre-school education of Islam? Using "We did not send you except a mercy for mankind" has nothing to do with his argument or what he's saying. you should deny these speakers to speak of Islamic knowledge otherwise you will be held responsible for giving them a voice. Allah is the source of help.

Salaam. Good effort by all speakers, but still a lot missing. One of the reasons Muslims like the idea of private schools are the structure they offer -- being able to mention God's name, to praise Allah at the start of each day, to mention Allah at mealtimes, to pray together, all of these things balance out any of the negatives of private schooling mentioned by the Brother. I think if unified efforts were made to improve and democratize Islamic schooling that would go a long way in improving the quality of education as well as adding the elements of integration. After all, Muslims up til now have attended not only public schools but private Catholic,Christian, and secular schools as well. So why not create Islamic schools that not only Muslims will want to attend, but even non-Muslims will be wanting to attend. Bolstering Islamic institutions, and bringing Moms and Dads, neighbors and friends into the system, will go far insha'Allah and surpass public schools.

+aircastlesinc Schools are to learn facts........Not to nurture Islamic contradictions. There will be a time when you will not permitted by low to destroy young human minds. The mear fact that you name the school Islamic or Christian .......Is like saying lets give children subjective knowledge. Lets mix facts with propaganda.

Insha'Allah, I will speak from what I have gathered about Islamic schools. For in my nation, there are no Islamic schools available. It would seem to me the reason why many Muslims are opting to attend none Muslims school is because of the broader and more rigorous, more fulfilling syllabus. While Islamic school has the bonus of teaching the students about their religion and exposing them to Allah's truths from an early age, there is not much variety in the education syllabus. Yes, learning about Islam is extremely important, but so is harnessing the abilities that have granted these children for the betterment of mankind. Allowing children a safe place to question to debate and to expand their understanding of Allah's mighty creations is essential! And it must be done in a compassionate and secure environment, one in which the will always feel loved, understood and welcomed this does not just go for Islamic schools but for all schools in general! Our children are Allah's greatest gift, and we have to guide and protect them and to ensure they're creativity can be harnessed positively. I do not pretend to be knowledgable on the subject I just reverted two weeks ago this is simply my opinion.
