  • Newton's cradle, named after Sir Isaac Newton, is a device that demonstrates conservation of momentum and energy via a series of swinging spheres. When one on the end is lifted and released, it strikes the stationary spheres a force is transmitted through the stationary spheres and pushes the last one upward. The device is also known as Newton's balls or "Executive Ball Clicker".

    2 things about your tutorial your thread sketch was under defined. I added a 50mm radii and added a location dimension from origin to sketch line 10mm before mirroring it. Starting at time 31:52 it was confusing on what you were doing with the suppressing and new folder. I gave up and had a beer. 🍺

      I did get it to work, but had to figure this out on my own. His explanation on the set up is very convoluted. Don't blame you for drinking.

      Just go to tho options icon at the top of the solidworks interface you can see a gear rype icon at the rightmost corner just click it and select add ins and tick the solidworks motion under Active add ins and click ok and you will get your motion analysis 🍻🍻
