- It was a toss-up between hitting Palm Beach to chase mackerel, or blasting down to Terranora for flathead, and boy did that coin make the right choice! My first location for the day was a sand bar on the run-in tide, which usually produces trevs and the odd decent flattie, but only a couple of casts in and this ripper of a fish jumped on.
Palm Beach was super quiet, no one i know caught anything. :p

My go to combo is a 1-3kg 6’6 Savage Gear MPP2 with a 1000 size Okuma C-10 running 4lb braid with 6lb leader. I use it everywhere, off the bank, off the yak. So I can understand that sense of anxiousness pulling that monster in but oh boy it is exciting fishing with ultralight setups. Great vid 👍👍👍
Love the channel mate think u need to plug it abit more on other social media so people can find u the quality and camera work alone deserves more subscribers!
Keep it up 💯🤙🏻
Thanks mate! I’ve tried plugging it here and there across the various platforms, but I’m clearly just not any good at it! I’ll just concentrate on the content, where i still have a few ideas on how to improve further. ;)
Fk yes that's a 6metery knit...
What camera are you using? P.s nice lizard!!
This was just shot on a gopro hero 5, with a polariser filter added to cut the glare a bit.
Great lizard
Maybe you should head to terranora creek more often
Heart must've been pumping hard
Merry Christmas
Tight lines 🐟
What lure were you using mate, cheers
It's the one in the video, halco laser pro 45. They're small but built like a tank for when something like this happens.
@@fishnbits2226 apologies I watched the video, but with noisey kids, it missed that, cheers mate
