If your character is blocked from view of its path, pandemonium won't attack. If you hear it scream at you, you've been detected and will die if you don't get in a locker by the time it reaches you

Idk if this has happened to anyone else but if you’re getting chased by a wall dweller and you happen to find yourself being chased by an angler fish at the same time then the fish will kill the wall dweller leaving behind its body, from there you can actually consume a piece of the wall dweller and it’ll give you an achievement and permanently regenerating health, so long as you don’t die to another angler
