So delicious that I regretted cooking so little. Prepare 2 portions at once.
Buns with apples and cinnamon. What could be tastier. I'm excited.

Ingredients:
Warm water - 50 ml.
Warm milk - 50 ml.
Dry yeast - 4 g.
Sugar - 35 g.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla sugar - 8 g.
Vegetable oil - 35 ml.
1/2 egg.
Wheat flour - 250 g.
Filling:
Cut 2 medium apples into cubes.
35 grams of butter.
Sugar - 30-40 g.
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
For golden brown:
1/2 egg.
Recipe number 2
Ingredients:
650-700 g wheat flour.
Warm water - 200 ml.
Warm milk - 200 ml.
2 eggs.
Sugar - 80 grams.
Melted butter - 100 grams.
Dry yeast - 10 grams.
Salt - 6 grams.
Vegetable oil - 30 ml.
Filling:
Sugar - 30 grams.
Vanilla sugar - 8 grams.
Egg white - 1 pc.
Cottage cheese - 200 grams.
Raisins 60 grams.
For a golden brown crust:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk.
