Except it's wrong. It's actually a lydian scale run starting on the 17th fret, A string ..up to a dive bomb..just ask Danny Gill..and one of the chords in the verse run is also wrong,,pretty good overall though
Thanks, I'm really glad you said that. Progressive metal is difficult and hard to get into. I covered Symphony X once and thought I was going to die! But there are a lot of songs I like, and I'd like to give it a try someday.
Thanks for watching the video. I am using kemper. The amp RIG used in this video is a jcm800. John Sykes recorded the guitar exactly twice in this song, shaking the sound from side to side to spread the sound. This is a technique called doubling. Since I am a lazy person, it was difficult for me to record twice, so I used the "Double Tracker" effect built into kemper to recreate the sound of Doubling. This effect gave good results with the sound out of the cabinet, but not so good with the monitors.... Anyway, I am glad you like it. Thanks.
Sorry, I don't use PDFs. I have no knowledge of music theory, so I can't even make accurate scores. I'm trying to make the TAB as easy to understand as possible, but I think it's a mess as far as how to write a score. So I'm happy if this TAB is just for reference.
@@negitoro-metal6575 no problem! I was hoping you had these tabs on a file to email to print. But I think I can screen shot and put it together! Thank you so much for this tab !
The one and only guy who made this part flawlessly 2:17
