    Thank you sir for your videos. My confusion is very simple: for those of us applying under category B with 12-month payslips, as for the payslips from previous employers, do they need to be stamped or signed? Seeing that it will be difficult to get a letter from previous employer. How then do we prove that they are original? Or what do the Home Office mean by “original formal payslips”?

    Just one question that I am really confused about. I started work at a place offering 10.42 per hour and also 4.50£ of Tronc which is on the contract terms so it’s “stable”, also being paid 4 weekly I know that I have to provide 7 payslips which is fine and also bank statements corresponding to those periods. But how do I calculate annual income on these circumstances? Do I just divide the amount earned over 7 payslips by 28 weeks and then multiply by 52 to get the annual rate, also do I add all of the Tronc separately over the 7 payslips as well, divide by 28 and times 52 and add the totals together? Thank you for taking your time to read this. Have a blessed day!

    Nomoskar sir I need your kind attention please. Dear sir Gross £318 a week salary wages which is lowest in pay slips but rest of the payslip in six months £400 . Question is i heard they count from lowest amount which is £318 a week in my payslip. It will be ok to apply because if i count by £318 financial requirements won’t fulfilled. I do work hourly base . Taz solicitors said they count 1:09 from lowest amount. Which is not fulfill. But my same employer from in 6 months £9800. In six months 1 pay slips is gross £318. My average six months income is £9800. Is it ok for financial requirements. I beg your kind confirmation as soon as possible please please.

    How do they calculate the pay if we are payed weekly. Do they take the average of last 6 months then multiply by 12 months? Or do they take lowest payslip of 6 months and multiply by 12 months?

    • @visasolutionsuk
      @visasolutionsuk  Год назад

      Actual Total Gross weekly pay received is divided by the number of weeks it was earned over to get the Gross Weekly Income figure and then this number is multiplied by 52 to get the Gross annualised income, so if you earned a total gross weekly wages of 14000 over the last 30 weeks, then the formula would be (14000/30)x 52 = 24266.67

    Hi there I wanted to ask a question I work with agency for three months on probation which I will get permanent contract with company so will I be able to use 3 months of agency payslips and when with company permenant can I use another 3 months from them for 6 months payslip to apply for spouse visa so can I use agency and permanent payslips I'm working for same company but through agency.
    Also I wanted to ask do the visa people look at gross pay what I made in total or net what goes in to my bank account basically what I'm trying to say is for example I make £400 a week total gross and 100 is taken away for tax nation insurance etc and the other 300 goes in my bank account so does it matter if some money taken out for tax and can I still apply for spouse Visa even if I'm paying tax just a bit confused as I'm new to this all I know is they want to see earning.
    Last question wanted to ask is that I have a second job which I get monthly payslips but my employer pays me cash in hand and not bank transfer so can I still use this job payslips I still pay my taxes but problem is my payment method is cash in hand can I still use this job for spouse visa o apply I can get company letter and proof of employment and payslips to apply for visa so will they need proof of me getting payed or payslip proof enough thanks that's all.

    • @visasolutionsuk
      @visasolutionsuk  Год назад

      You may be able to combine the agency income and the permanent employment income to meet the financial requirement, the Gross pay is taken into account. Cash in had needs to be deposited in the Bank immediately or within a reasonable time and proof of any taxes paid(or reported on your NI) on that would also be required, for any further details, you will have to book a paid consultation. Hi there. You have really explained it well you sound like a smart man. I have a quick question. In my application form with iv submitted already now. It said. Do u earn various amount but above the threshold. I chose this. This asked me to provide evidence for salaried work but I am on a weekly wage working for an umbrella firm and getting a gross weekly wage of about £1200. I am end date of employment as I work thru an agency but when i asked my finance umbrella firm what is my job status they said its permanent as u don't have a end of contract date. They said its ongoing. I am really worried. I am well over the threshold but I'm just fearing I have chosen the wrong route but I have sent all relevant documents to prove my finance including payslips P60 and bank statements. I am missing a week a 2 in April due to taking time out in ramadan but it doesn't effect my pay overall. Please advise Sir
