Can you only use the Apple account card at any store or only on the iTunes, and Apple Store?
Can I use this at the apple store to buy for example, a case? Or is it purely online for apple stuff?

It’s not letting me add it. I’m on iOS 15.5, but every time I try it always says try again and set up a new card. I always get stuck at the point where it says adding card

I have the same issue and Apple Support has yet to be able to help me in the US

So an Apple Senior Advisor told me there’s an open ticket on this issue and they have engineers working on fixing it. No timeline as of right now but they told me to try once a day to add the card to my wallet. (At least they know about it and are working on it)
Really annoyed that the god features of iOS 15 are all for the USA only it’s sucks for those of us outside the states
You realize apple is a company made in USA, that’s why it’s so easy to implement something like this so easily

hey quick question on how to fix something. I have the apple account card set up as a payment in my settings, and i have 20 dollars on my account. whenever i try to use some of my money, it asks me to sign in and verify. when i try do so i cannot use my apple account funds. please help, i have had this money on my account forever now and cant use it.

Apple account card can only be used on Apple item Apple Cash can be sent to anyone and be used on anything

I had the same issue! You have to delete and redownload the wallet app.

You need to be over 18 and if it doesn’t think you’re over 18 it will ask. Apple is just verifying your age

Apple combined the iTunes, App Store and Apple Store gift cards into one gift card now. So this is just a digital version in your Apple wallet now. It's useful if you get gift cards and instead of using them on the App Store, you use them in the Apple Store to purchase a physical thing like a Mac.
