Haiti is in the Western Hemisphere and you would think America would be thrilled to see its neighbors prospering. Especially a first black liberated nation. NO!
The USA only cares about its national security interests and agendas. The only time the United States step up to help other countries to prosper is when there are competition around. Like if China or Russia were to suddenly start showing interests in Haiti or the western Hemisphere to help develop countries in ths carribean, latin and south America. You would immediately see the USA begin a propaganda campaign on communism or nuclear missles propaganda. When in reaity is because of fear and threats to natiaonal security interests are threatened. The USA is not willing to help and will not allow others who are able to do a better job to do the job.
It is not in the geopolitical interest of the United States, France,Canada and European countries to see a prosperous Haiti. A black liberated nation.
Haiti is like a rebel child. Haiti always gets stuck in the throats of the United States, France & Canada and other regional carribean countries.
America has never helped nor attempt to allow Haiti to make its own political future. Despite America has been highly involved in Haiti's politics since early 1910. Read your history. And having the largest U.S Embassy in the carribean inside of Haiti. It's a shame and an embarrassing of the United States.
There are 16K thousands NGOs companies operating in Haiti, ripping and extorting the country's wealth and resources. With 5 thousands foreign employees collecting U.S dollars, living in beautiful hotels and rented properties paid and funded by foreign contributions.These NGOs tied the mouths of politicians and bureaucrats, and the NGOs don't contribute or build anything in the country. These NGOs cooperate with politicians to great gangs. And now they are fleeing the country behind.
Though U.S & allies spend 10s of billions over the past of 100 years. For every 1 dollar the U.S & allies spend on Haiti, they will collect 10 to 20 dollars back in return.
For those who have been in Haiti. Right in the capital, there is this biggest CITIBANK branch, probably the most secured citibank I've seen. Haitian citizens cannot do business in the Citibank unless you a corporate entity NGOs...
