I feel like people misunderstand the whole Asuka killing slimes thing. She's not hunting them down, she was just casually killing the ones she happened to encounter. She's trying to live a slow life, for crying out loud!
I mean, in her perspective, if a small weak slime gives money, and 25 slimes a day are enough to live without an actual job for 300 years and live comfortably, then a strong slime would give far much more money, meaning, fight now to live an even easier life in the long run although, there do is a misunderstanding, she only kills bad slimes after the slime kids come, they were explained that some slimes are good and innocent and others are bad so they are to only kill the bad ones, it wasn't shown why rimuru did the acts so it can be seen as them having a change of heart towards evil to the one that doesn't know, i think the lines should have been said after showing that side
