I work at Sally and I would definitely look at the swatch book for the bondbar colors. Both the toners and high lifts look very different from box to swatch, the swatches in the book look like the results that you got so no 10 vs 6 vol doesn’t make that much different.

I would say definitely stick the to the letter on the box rather than the colors cause seeing A, AA, AG, and VV these colors do make sense, however the average consumer isn’t going to know these things so the boxes should still match 🙃
The light pink on the box is soooo cute, if I went into it thinking I was gonna get what was on the box vs the actual color it turned it would be soooo sad. Thank you for doing what you do ❤️

Thanks so much for reviewing these . When I saw the swatches in sallys's the color looked very similar to one another so i'm glad you were able to test them. I can see that there is a difference between them but its very subtle.

Thank you for doing this video! I have been very interested in using this line of toners. I used their color and love how it came out and how awesome my hair feels after. Now I need to tone some bleached money pieces, and i know what I wanna use now.
The box made me more excited for these colours than they deserved. I still like all of them except for AA

They aren't colors. This is the toning line. Toners tone, brass, yellow, orange, etc. When buying, make sure you know the color wheel. I got the lilac but had more orange.

I use the clear gloss , actually it’s on my head right now and I really like it. It makes my hair feel so nice.
I tried these out last night with 6 volume. I put the one that was supposed to be more ash on my roots and then put the smokey blonde on my mids and ends. It did a beautiful job but my results were exactly what you got my ends are more Gray than my roots. It did leave my hair soft soft soft
My pink Stay Weird shirt came in, I got a 3xl and it's a perfect fit! Not pinching on the arms, it covers my entire sports bra even when I lift my arms, I am (hehe literally) a huge fan!
Your result of the pale violet is interesting, cause when I used it on myself I did get a very pretty light shade of purple. My result was like all the yellow was toned out to a white/silver and a bery pretty, noticeably subtle cast of pale violet to it. Which, I applied it on level 8 yellow blonde hair with bondbar brand 10v developer.
They shud def change the color/pics on the boxes but Sallys has gotten alot of new hair swatches in and u could have glanced at them too gurl to see what shades they would really be. To be honest i love the fact that they are SO fast/easy to use and NOT damaging cuz my old "go to" was the T14 and that def KILLS ur hair and makes it super dry so... I ALSO tried the high lifts and they were great when even bleach wouldnt lighten me anymore! GREAT LINE CANT WAIT FOR MORE SHADES OVER ALL. Thx a million gurl ILY xo

Something I just thought of that would be helpful with the swatches is to have a control group search where one test strand is left uncolored.
I feel like it would help a lot especially in this case where it toned things so subtlety

Hi, I have a question for you. I bleach my hair but it’s pretty healthy. However, toners using 20% or 10% don’t stay in my hair more then a week. A Sally’s employee told me it has to do with the Ph balance of my bleached hair. Do you know about that, if so how to fix it? I’m a level 10, using protein products and bonding products in my hair. Thanks, you look super cute with your hair up that way. ❤

I've got natural ash blonde with silver growing in. I hate the ash and was wondering if these toners would work on my hair to tone down this ash to a warmer color?
Those colors look awful to me but i don't like ash at all 😂😂... I really liked the last ones you did from them.
have you tried the bondbar bleach?? I just saw it at my sallys and was super curious about the lift and how bad it damages the hair.
I used the ash one and it didn't turn purple or anything so I bleached my hair for 15 minutes with ten volume and ended up using wella t18 I will never use bondbar toners again
Very disappointed in these shades they just look all gray to me but still awesome video as always love seeing your beautiful face ❤
where do you get your swatches?
The colors on the box is the undertone but it is false advertising I feel, if there was a picture of a starting blonde with the result after toner, people wouldn’t be so upset. It makes you believe you may end up with a baby pink
I feel like maybe the test swatches weren’t light enough?
What’s the ratio used?
I went to see if the brand has already posted swatches but the only posted the champagne shade and it literally came out looking like the hair swatches before you toned them. Basically it didn’t even come out peachy how it looks on the box…
