Sir in such case of cervical lymphadanopathy what if we its a chronic lymphnodes lasting for more than a year with large size. And we do every kind of tests like AFB culture , TB Gold , gene expert ,FNAC, biopsy and all and tb is not detected then how to manage such case. Bcz i have this case. What treatment should we start if the size of lymphnodes is not reducing also its not acute phase. Its a case of F 26 with no history of fever and all.
I also had case of chronic cervical lymphadenopathy biopsy showing predominant atypical lympocytosis .. the patient used multiple antibiotics but didn't get good result .. tb test negative ..what to do now ?? Plz suggest
