I love Harley, and I will never stop loving Harley, but they are making her really really dark. I have to say, I miss the old Batman the Animated Series Harley. Funny, crazy, and psycho, but still not too dark.
Appllecrisp I miss some of that light heatedness about her too. But honesntly I like the depth they are giving her. She really didnt have much of a leg to stand on as a character by herself without Joker, in the past.

This movie is supposed to be a prequel to the Arkham games Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. As well Harley Quinn and Deadshot has had a relationship in the Suicide Squad comics. So yes I believe they are or had been a canon couple at one time. However if I am wrong someone can correct me.
