Can you bench the control module itself....I stupidly tried to test solenoids while still attached

Hi mate, i have a 2016 1.8l Cruze showing P0700 and P07BF - Placing in drive and reverse is now a clunk, it drives but I think its in one gear only.
Your thoughts please on what I should change.

Don’t bother fixing it, just take it to the tip
