Ranking every Five Nights at Freddy's game was certainly a daunting task, it's hard to put down any of these games (with a few notably triple-A exceptions)

In Fnaf Worlds defense, it was never intended to be a normal Fnaf game, it was just meant to bd a fun spin off. Putting Fnaf World in F because its not a typical fnaf horror game is like putting Mario Kart in F because its not a typical Mario Platformer game.
The only bad place is FNAF 4. Putting it at B is criminal. The jumpscares, Minigames and gameplay are all PERFECT. It is one of, if not THE best FNAF game.
2,4 are my favorite
Gameplay is pretty janky later on though.
4 is the scariest in the series. (And yes, I did play fnaf Vr in Vr)

The best part of SL was the flashing of the rooms, like seeing the hanged men or the mini ballerinas taking apart ballora, amazing

nice video I personally think that fnaf help wanted vr is the best game because not only do you get to experience the first 3 games in the full atmosphere of each game along with some really fun extras, being able to literally see the animatronics moving around, observe the pizzeria, and closing doors and lights and putting on your mask on your own is so much fun and so immersive

Great video! My favorite is SL and FNAF2 while my least favorite (of the main 9 games, at least) is FNAF3.
also 7:12 I 100% believe that Scott retconned this after MatPat released his video on how it was medically impossible. If I remember correctly I think Scott admitted that he retconned the series once, and it has to be FNAF4 imo.

@@derpythean-comdoge8608Meh. I think it's a weird thing to nitpick and it's one of those things that is intentionally deliberate for the sake of storytelling.
I have always asked why Elizabeth is telling the story of how Baby killed her in Baby's POV instead of her own experience, since Elizabeth is the one possessing the animatronic after all. Once again, something you have to let go for the sake of storytelling I guess.

Fnaf 2 is more of a mind game than a horror game. Too many things happening at the same time it just makes you more stressed than scared, also bad jumpscares, mechanics and models. Fnaf 1 and 3 are true horror games. Fnaf 4 I don't like the randomness of it and it's very based on just jumpscares

Has anybody played fnaf 2? Like at all? Bcs it's so f#ckin boring, oh but every game is repetetive and stuff, NO, a lot of fnaf games atleast had other ways to play The game, in fnaf 1 you had like 3 ways of playing The game, one is to watch Just The foxy camera The other one Just wathing freddy's camera or watching both of them. See? Options of playing The game, but fnaf 2 you Just have literally 1 option, which is wind The Music Box, mask, flashlight, Music Box, mask and so on and so on, literally the only loop that you can do at that game. Even fnaf 3 had way more options, Just trapping springtrap in one camera( which doesn't work very well at nightmare agressive), trying to trapping him on 2 cameras or Just vents and etc. Theres a lot of ways of playing those games, and fnaf 2 has so good animatronics angles at The cameras, but you can't see it BCS OF THE FR#CKIN MUSIC BOX, and there is literally 11 animatronics in The game, and there is Just 3 different mechanics, foxy=flashlight, puppet=wind The Music Box, and every other animatronic=mask, And thats it? You could like make all the withered animatronics go away by The flashlight, if you flash them at The cameras they go back to The private room, that would make The other cams useful, ( and this mechanic that i said here is from fnaf open source)

I get frustrated with how hard they are, especially when going for the more challenging endings. It takes a LOT of patience. However I think that's a good thing. It turns the gameplay loops from fnaf 1-5 (flash lights, check doors, rinse and repeat) into something much more interesting, where you're more in control and have clearly defined objectives and motivation, yet more helpless than ever. Fnaf 6's nights have the best parts from all the previous games. The relative simplicity of 1, the overwhelmingly unpredictable pace of 2, the cruddy equipment and complicated movement ai of 3, the audio cues of 4, and the voice acting of 5. I still haven't got the completion ending because it's so hard but im gonna keep trying because the game is anything but bad
they kinda get repetitive too in my opinion.but I really like the rest of the game.@@Pyr0Ben
@@Iguanodon-fb7rs I'd say it's less repetitive than any other FNAF game. In every other game, there's a clear, easy to figure out strategy that you just repeat for minutes at a time. Fnaf 6 doesn't have a clear strategy, there are many that could work. There's no guarantee that you will win, yet you can work at your own pace so it's always your fault if you die. It's the most interesting game strategy-wise of the original hexagy. (trilogy but 6)

Ngl I think FNAF 2 is the worst game in the series and this is coming from a guy who has completed 10/20 mode multiple times. I can appreciate the cool Easter eggs and characters, but the gameplay is garbage and the game completely fails in the horror aspect. With the animatronics not looking very creepy, and the office being too big and bright. If you replaced the cameras with a bar that went up and down, you would essentially have the same game. I could rant about how much I hate Toy Bonnie for hours.

UCN is a 10/10, it is extremely well made and fun to learn the different mechanics and create your challenges and see how far you can go and has the best replayability. It is insane how well balanced 50 different game mechanics are and how fun they all are. Both fun to play and watch. ANd FFFPS is a 9, it has an unfathomable amount of things to discover so many endings like 6 endings, so many easter eggs, so many minigames, you get to chose how the night progresses easy 9/10 minimum
@@enriquesuarez7113 I agree that these are not bad games, but I gave those below a seven; they are far from scary, and scaring is the main task. Security bridge doesn't even have any atmosphere.

@@enriquesuarez7113 The problem is that Scott did not go deeper into the plot, did not try to make it somehow more interesting or even easier, and continued after the fourth part to release games that were supposed to answer questions, but at the same time their very plot contained some holes and unsaid things. The first three or four parts were much more complete in terms of plot. Despite my complaints against Scott (although these are more likely not even complaints, but simply thinking about how it could have been done better), one fact remains unchanged, they love FNaF, they make content based on FNaF, which means the franchise continues to live.
@@oguzok87887 OH 100 thousand percent. If you are gonna judge them by scariness then I think you rated them too high. UCN is a 0 and FFFPS maybe a 6, the office is decently scary. But remember I dont think Scott MEANT for UCN to be scary, its only a “horror game” by association to the fnaf franchise, but in no way shape or form do I think it was INTENDED to be scary. That game specifically was designed to be fun to play not judged as a horror game imo

FNaF 1 would have best atmosphere. And I'm gonna disagree with FNaF 2 having best gameplay, because in most situations the Mask directly counters 9 of the 11 main animatronics, including all of the vent animatronics, therefore making the vents nearly irrelevant (Toy Bonnie prevents the right vent from being completely irrelevant, but the left vent has no saving grace and is completely irrelevant.), not to mention countering half of the animatronics that attack from the hallway. And if you use Minus 7, now you have the flashlight directly countering 8 of the 11 main animatronics, while making the right vent completely irrelevant, with only BB preventing the left vent from being completely irrelevant. I'd say FNaF 1 has better gameplay than FNaF 2, let alone any other FNaF games (And I say that as in I didn't take the gameplay of other FNaF games into consideration for that comparison.).
