karen is the underrated yet appreciated housemate. finally, someone na acting on her age, educating the housemates of what should they do, and not initiating another mere chikahan session. ikaw ang Karen na mabait! also, kudos talaga sa pagiging understanding ni sam! although expected na pagkamatured nya since she dealt with diff people with diff cultures na, nakakaamaze pa rin. 💗 so far kasama silang dalawa sa big 4 ko.

4:32 *"hindi niya kasi tinutulungan ang sarili niya"* , I felt sad hearing those words. Who knows how many times Albie or any person with ADHD fought so hard everyday just to be fine? They are aware of their actions and for sure nakakaramdam din sila ng guilt everytime na may nagagawa sila na makaka-offend sa iba (like shouting or being straightforward). THEY NEED HELP. They need understanding. Hindi yung ibe-blame pa sa kanila kung bakit sila nagkaganyan. Kudos to Sam and Karen for explaining the situation.

I liked her mula nung napanood ko ung interview nya sa channel ni Wil Dasovich, SuperHuman bago pa sya pumasok sa PBB. Di biro ang makulong kahit wala ka nmng katutohanan ung isinampang kaso sau.
Ganun talaga pag galing ka sa preso, saka mo marerealize na walang katuturan ang magjudge ng tao, may kakilala ako 5 yrs sya sa bilangguan pero paglabas nya parang anghel na sya.
This is the reason why Big Brother invited Albie to live in his house. For the people to understand about his condition(ADHD). Instead of judging him, why not understand him. 💕💕💕

Im a ADHD person po. And yes tama po lahat ng sinabi ni doc. Even small things na nakakainis naiinis talaga ako but im always trying my best to contral it kahit pa sometimes diko napapansin nahyper na pala ako. Soft hearted po ang may ADHD, yun nga lang very sensitive. Di po namin sinasadya yung maging worst yung attitude sa situation na di naman gusto. Most of the people kasi di nila maiintindihan kasi di sila naniniwala sa gantong condition. Menopausal baby din kasi ako. Kaya iniisip lagi nila sakin masama ugali ko. Pero i dont mind them nalang kasi alam kung may tao pading nakakakilala ng totoong ugali ko.. person living with ADHD needs more care.

same situation po. I also am menopausal baby and napapansin kodin po behavior ko na iba compared to general ppl. I am not officially diagnosed kasi di nman educated fam ko bout mental health. I also exp depression ever since hs. sobrang hirap maging iba sa kaniwan kaya to us fighting! hugs and prayers! ✨

baka kasi mang plastik lang yung ibang housemate pag nalaman nila ang solution sa may ADHD.
Alexa's trying to avoid extreme feelings. So imbes nga naman na magaway sila ay umiiwas na lang siya. She understands Albie's condition yet she's taking her feeling seriously. I don't think her feelings should be invalidated by other people.
Hindi mo din sya makikitang paumpisa ng usapan Abt other people. If she has issues s iba, sa knya nlng Yun.

I'm glad that ADHD is being discussed on national tv. As a person with ADHD, mahirap talagang mabuhay ng ganito. Tama si Doc na we're impulsive, to the point na kami pa mismo yung makakapahamak sa sarili namin. One time, dahil lang gusto kong magmotor, nagmotor ako kahit hindi ko naman alam. Ayun, naaksidente lol. Sometimes, we decide on the spot kasi nang hindi muna pinag-iisipan ng mabuti kaya na sa huli rin ang pagsisisi. Mabilis din kaming magalit kasi mas intense yung emotions namin. Pero mabilis ding kumalma na parang wala lang nangyari, tas doon na naman magki-kick in yung pagsisisi kasi may masasabi talaga akong hindi maganda. Sa studies, sa pakikipag-ugnayan, sa everyday life, naaapektuhan talaga ng ADHD. Buti na lang talaga may medication. Nakakatulong rin yun kahit papano. I hope lang na people won't treat us differently, kasi gusto rin naman naming maging normal. At hindi rin sa "hindi namin tinutulungan ang sarili namin". Trust me, I tried so hard to change how I act, how I talk, how I behave etc. Pero sometimes, we can't help ourselves talaga. Kailangan ng professional help and that's okay.
Implusivity is a big issue in ADHD I know , I bought a Manual transimition bike that di ko nmn masaydo ginagamit why kse di nmn ako masyado marunong sa manual eh so I feel you

Regarding the medication. Can someone give me a range po with regards to the prices for example a quality consultation po with a professional? Just a survey po cuz sometimes I really think through this, mas ma aadress ang issue more.

hindi ako nanonood ng PBB nung mga previous seasons. But now, inaabangan ko tlga to. Because ang interesting ng mga housemate ngayon and ng mga nangyayari. First, yung kay Kd, from being an introvert, na ngayon he's doing better. I mean, he's doing his best to step out from his comfort zone. Also, this is the right time na maaware yung mga tao sa condition that Albie has. I think, Pbb can be a perfect platform for mental health awareness. This is the right time for us to talk about things we usually ignored or disregard because we can't understand. Seek first to understand kumbaga.Also, I notice that Karen is a good speaker. This is maybe because she reads a lot of books (more than 300 books) when she was in jail (I watched one of her interviews) impressive indeed.

Kay wakim he's a ordinary person, while albie is a celebrity. Besides Yung pagpasok ni wakim is nangyari noong pre-pandemic unlike Kay albie na kasagsagan Ng pandemic Kung saan madalas nangyayari Yung anxieties, depressions etc. Lalo na Ngayon na marami Ang nawalan ng trabaho.
Malaking tulong si albie para sa awareness ng ibang tao about adhd similar with autism which my daughter has. Many people dont understand them because they lack of knowledge. Hopefully albie will be an open eye to them para maintindihan nila how adhd works.
Nakakaproud si Ms. Karen, can't even imagine the life she have been through for the past 5 years, pero yung moral sya super duper taas pa rin. Let's support her till the end. For sure there's a lot more she can offer on the table.
My husband meron din pong ADHD , wala naman pong pitik , napaka out going at marunong makisama sa iba , minsan lang mahirap syang mag focus sa isang gawain , yon lang at walang sense of fear , , Sana lahat ng my ADHD sa pilipinas mag kroon ng gantong awareness ,
I have a friend na may adhd and her mood swings are over the top and she’s really misunderstood sometimes she feels left out pero i hope magkaroon tayo ng awareness sa ganyan na ang ADHD iba iba ng stages yan at iba iba epekto sa mga tao na nagkakaroon ng ganyan, yung iba manageable yung iba mahirap i handle but they dont need judgement they need understanding.

My adhd din yong asawa ko, may pitik ng pagka rude lagi at feel sorry afterwards. Pero pina therapy ko xa once a month sa psychologist about anger management. Nabago tlaga sobrang laking pagbabago out of 100% rudeness 95% tlga ang nawala. I heard before albie was dealing his problem with psychologist too pero prang mas lumalala yta ugali niya.
My heart goes to albie..can gou imagine how he felt nung pinipilit cya na ama ng anak ni andi..and was beaten up? Oh boy..nag attribute yun lahat sa puso nya..nwalan ng career..thanks God nkakaumpisa na ulet cya..

Yep. Tama yun. Let him feel very comfortable first and trusting. Ganyan dn ako, ung wife ko actually ung nanonood ng PBB and she told me to watch Albie.. parang ako daw. hahaha.. Pero ang kaso, we really hate stupid things, stupid mistakes, stupid bla bla bla.. nakakainis ung pagiging careless at mga di pinag iisipang mabuti n mga bagay. Those are our triggers. May level of self controls kami. I am aware that there is wrong with our minds kaya minsan di na lang ako nakikialam or tumitingin s gnagawa ng iba para iwas triggers. I also tried to meditate or magbasa ng magbasa para ma calm ung mind. Nakakainggit nga ung mga taong sobrang haba ng pasyensya despite sobra or dami ng palpak na nakikita nilang gnagawa ng iba. Un lang.

Meron akong nephew na ADHD at ang hirap maki pag deal sa ugali nila. We have to please him all the time. Meron clang high’s and low’s na ugali. Yung if galit ay super to the highest level ang galit. Sasabog talaga. If di galit ay super cool naman, sasabihin na ang cute nya. Di mapakali cla. Active all the time. Basta hirap timplahin.

I appreciate this season of PBB coz it helps raise awareness about mental health to a lot of people.
Coz nowadays, it so easy to judge/ criticize people without even knowing or understanding that they are actually going through something. Depression, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder and other mental health disorders are real.
If we could all just be more kind, understanding and open minded to each other. It would really mean a lot.

Parang mas wiser yung batch or housemates rn. May mga away or misunderstandings naman talaga sa previous editions pero parang never nila naconsider na baka may sensitivity or flaws yung iba.

I'm one of his avid fan during mara clara drama with katryn bernardo. naka follow din ako sa issue nong napagbintangan sya at binogbog. cheer up albie.❤

I'm someone who lives with ADHD and there are a lot of misconceptions about me and about this condition. I didn't do well in school even though my IQ was above average. People immediately thought I was just lazy but the truth is my brain is just so scattered bec I think about a million things all the time so it's just really hard to focus. Malaki yung percentage na sa genes mo yan so its not like Albie had a choice. Most people with ADHD also has depression and are very sensitive actually malaki ang rate ng suicide with ADHD dahil they get bullied or they are just misunderstood. It took a while before finally got some help but its still hard at times and I don't want to keep on failing people because of this there are a lot more things about it kayo na bahala mag research. It's not something that you can just easily say na 'control mo yan' or 'mag effort ka din hindi puro kami lang' or worse kinakatakutan ka and they think you're toxic or nega ka. It's not supposed to be like that and it doesn't work that way pero syempre why would they bother dba di naman nilakapamilya si Albie pero seeing them just being so clueless about mental health when its all over the internet naman lately is just so sad to see I mean wala talaga tayong basa basa guys eh mga public figure kayo aanhin niyo naman fame niyo. I wish the doctor would come in or kahit videocall lang nila si Albie so he can get some help and sana kausapin niya din mga tao jan.
P.S. thank goodness anjan si Karen. Ayoko na mag salita pero napa vote talaga ako sa kanya.
Same here, I also have ADHD and I've been an honor student simula pagkabata. Pero last year talaga, nawalan ako ng motivation na mag-aral to the point na hindi ko na magawa yung mga gawain ko kaya bumagsak grades ko. Doon ko lang naranasan na magkaroon ng palakol. Akala rin ng marami, tamad ako kahit hindi naman talaga, sadyang wala lang motivation at short yung attention span. We're just misunderstood most of the time and it's saddening really. Pero masaya rin ako na maraming nagiging aware tungkol sa ADHD.

My son also has ADHD. He is restless and inattentive. He's already 11 years old but his fine motor skills are still not that developed depsite the therapies he's had. And because of that, he gets frustrated a lot for not being able to do things properly or without the help of anyone. He is also unable to control his emotions most of the time that's why he throws things or smashes them. But despite all this, he is the sweetest child I know. I fully understand what Albie is going through. You will really see them as immature at times. Just like my son, he acts as if he is still a baby, 3 to 4 years younger. And to add, it is hard for him to make friends with kids of his age. He has his own world and prefers to play alone.
Karen is a real person too. So sana mag stay cya🥰 alisin c Tj bagay kuntra bida.

I had a classmate who is kinda like Albie. He was not diagnosed with ADHD but, based of what I've observed from him and also kay Albie, they are pretty much the same. Siguro more controlled lang yung kaklase ko. But when he snapped, he's really out of control and all we can do is to let him calm on his own. Minsan nakakapanakit na rin. May times nabutas niya yung plywood wall namin. But in normal days, he's fine. Very knowledgable and fun to talk with. My mga days lang din na bad for him.

Sana Kuya will let albie do his exercises routine kasi that’s one way to alleviate his adhd impulsive tendencies…kasi people like them has a lot of energy in them (hyper) that has got to be expended or used up kasi if not aggression ang result aka temper tantrums or in worse cases physical violence.

Di lng po tong batch na to ang may Mental Health Issues. Si Wakim same kay Albie na may ADHD and also to Gee Ann na same kay KD na may Anxiety but maganda rin na maging stepping stone ang PBB sa pagiging aware po natin about sa Mental Health Issues na wag po naman natin pagtawanan.
Let's all understand alexa because it's not easy when someone is yelling at you even it has a reason. Please. Hindi madaling may sumisigaw sayo, nakakatrauma kahit sino pa yan. I'm not against albie but don't hate alexa.

Feel ko lang ha, at some point may pagkakamali rin si Alexa ng slight. Knowing Albie's going thru ADHD, she shouldn't have answered Albie in "pilosopo" way. Kahit sinong taong sasabihan ng "I'm talking to him, not to you" sa harap pa ng maraming tao, we really would feel off. Yung kaibahan lang sa situation ni Albie, he directly acts what he thinks and feels.

I encountered this kind of people. Sila nagrepresent ng society ngayon ang bilis manghusga at kung anu-ano pinagsasabi. They know ADHD pero wala silang idea kung anong struggles ang pinagdadaanan ng may ADHD. Kelangan lang ng unawa and ACCEPTANCE.

May ganito rin akong ugali dati till now meron parin naman yung sobrang madali talaga akong mairita at mainis sa mga bagay bagay sa paligid ko tapos nagagalit din ako kapag hindi nasusulosyunan at minsan nananakit pa talaga ako at yung gusto ko parating mag-isa at napapakalma ko din yung utak ko kapag nakakapag-exercise ako pero I was never diagnosed clinically by a psychiatric doctor napagtatanto ko nalang siya ngayong narinig ko yung explanation ni Doc Randy at lahat ay nangyayari din pala sa akin na di ko namamalayan. Natatandaan ko nung college ako meron talaga akong isang kaklase tapos groupmate ko pa sa duty kasi nursing course ko inis na inis talaga ako sa kanya wala naman siyang ginagawa sa akin pero naiirita ako kapag nandiyan siya. Hanggang ngayon meron parin akong ganon attitute @30 pero hindi na siya kagaya dati when I was younger at siguro dahil na din tumatanda na at may mga pagsubok along the way kaya ako din mismo yung nag-aadjust minsan at deadma nalang ako sa mga bagay na naiinis ako para di ma-trigger yung anger ko.
Ako din bro may adhd, mabait naman ako sa mga tao at kalmado pero basta bigla lang mag iba ung mood ko na mafeel ko mas gusto ko mapagisa at ayoko muna makipagusap , meron din ung galit na galit ako sa maliit na bagay , at naranasan ko din ung sinabi mo na magalit sa isang tao wala naman malaking kasalanan talaga pero katulad kay albie ako din una bumigay sa taong un at nagpakumbaba, pero di ako nananakit sinusuntok ko lang ung mga bagay2x o sinisira kahit alam ko magsisisi ako sinira ko un

Chie saying that Albie doesn't help himself is very wrong. who knows how many times albie tried? It's so sad to hear those comments, let us not be judge mental. ADHD is something that is very hard to control. Nasabi din naman ni Albie na kaya sya palagi nag wo-work out kase ayun yung escape nya. It really helps him calm and not think of anything. Please have more patience and be understanding. Albie is trying, he's cool nga e. just be patience.
