What an amazing game! And Bravo to yellow for holding his line against all odds with only medium tanks against that sheldon ball... He gave the time his team needed to come back with T3
He also effectively sabotaged his area by porking so hard early vs 0 aggression, then taking so long to cap mexes once he pushed light green out. And then no AA near the choke he should now be holding. He played very passively when he should be aggro, and vice versa a lot of the game.
@@pauldraper1736 while complaining most of the game. Calling GG as soon as units appear, or whining about a 1v2, when the 2nd person sent like 5 bots. Not a very good mental to have on your team.
@@TheDeathlyG As his teammate this game, I think he did quite well holding that left-hand corner. He never felt toxic or anything. In fact, I'd go as far as to call him the unsung hero of the match.
Yeah SpaceDogeMan was goated I thought he was on the verge of being crushed for 5 minutes straight but he literally held the attention of the entire enemy army for the whole time it took those T3 to march across and win
I don't know why but I'm obsessed with this idea. But I would love to have the legion titan/jug be modeled after the iron giant, or maybe their commander could be an awesome fit as well
blopson jus trolling. he should not have gotten away with the things he got away with this game. His opponents also didn't really know how to deal efficiently with the units blopson pumped out. Which fair enough. blopson is one of the old guard BAR players. its only natural that he knows how to use certain units in the exact right way. But just the combination of blop using his units very efficiently and the opposite team not doing that shows how big a difference it makes. But in the end its just greedy play that sacrifices his team for afus and I guess this game perfectly shows where that brings you to.
To be fair, he didn't really sacrifice his team since both teams had 1 player tech and eco. Orange and blue. Orange made his first units at 12-13 Blue at 15ish. Half his eco died tho so that set him back too. Idk if that's how he plays normally aka rushing afus but someone in the comments said that he does this "as per usual"
Lol saw this lobby entered it saw the OS difference and thought it was GGs haha EDIT: Yep, MBT trolling as per usual, and EVEN THEN still managed to turn the tide of the entire fight and nearly won the entire game
Legion just seems so unfun to play with and against. They can't eco or air, if you go against then all of their t1 untis are more like t1.5 and I never seem to get a positive trade against them. Maybe it's a skill diff, but I would like a rework.
Their eco has the potential to be much stronger, they have t1.5 mexes meaning you can boom earlier if you go full eco; as air their defensive fighters in T2 are just simply the best, and even in T1 you have access to the cheapest Juno in the game in the Blindfold. In terms of t1.5, they're expensive, much more expensive than their ARM/COR counterparts, so if you allow your enemy players to build up with them then you're most certainly in danger as they take a heavy toll on your eco when amassing them. Should also be kept in mind they have t0.5 in addition to a mix of T1 and t1.5, their peaks and troughs of eco and army composition are different to armada and cortex so it will take time to learn and play them and against them as it took time for you to learn and play with and against armada and cortex.
The problem is that their power level is much more granular. You either pressure them so much that they can't tech up or you loose. All sort of early economic plays will only be possible with legion because otherwise your opponent just wins if he picked legion. Additionally their napalm launchers give them the ability to hold chokes really well, meaning you are giving the faction that scales the hardest when not overwhelmed with pressure the ability to turtle up extremely well. All maps that feature chokes like glitters Anticanyon will have legion players going for napalm in the chokes and then ecoing up hard. I like the design of legion and I think they look like fun to play, but from a balance perspective I think they'll be a nightmare. Eco and air will completely change, eco will always go legion and air will always start cortex then get a legion con for T2 air from eco. Similar to how arm navy isn't really viable today arm / cor eco as well as arm/cor T2 air wont be viable anymore
I had the catapult firing on the afus, protected from spam by two mukade. Not to mention the line of cataphracts streaming in. They were healing the afus but not as fast as it was being damaged, so it was a ticking time bomb in the middle of blue's base. I think blopson saw the writing on the wall at that point.
Grinned so hard when that supporting catapult finally let loose those rockets

AFUS literally worse than wind turbines on this map, at least until you run out of space.
Blopson basically threw the game rushing the AFUS instead of t2 to everyone and FUS first.
Ahh the 5v5 lobby. I SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT SO EARLY. I wouldve been in the vid XD. Ive been seeing elite coalition a lot lately in these lobbies lol
Love your content, you, Lowko and uThermal are my favourite RTS RUclipsrs
Thanks! Those two are huge inspirations to me so I appreciate your comment immensely!
