My first workation trip to Dubai, flying from LHR to DBX on the Emirates A380 in Business Class. I stayed at the FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel in a Junior Suite with Sea View.

Yeah, eating in the morning is indeed essential. Gets the metabolism ready set!
Loads the brain with fuels for action!
Prevents a bit to store more fat as it tells the body to have all it needs instead prepping.
I ate for 3 weeks every morning a fruit salad, some juce and breads
getting almost a crunchy and ribbed muscle chest!
Beach sports, swimming, ect.
For lunch Salmon or other fish, Steaks with vegies!

The Five Hotel do they play music at the pool everyday & night? We r looking for a party pool vibe. 3. What company did you use for your evening desert tour?
Hey thank you so much for your comment 🙏🏽
1. When you book your flights direct with Emirates online (assuming you are registered and have an account with them) you book a standard economic flight return. I will book this a couple weeks in advance. After you do this a few days later (closer to your flight date) they will, 90% of the time email you an option to upgrade to business class at a fraction of the original price. It is always worth it especially if you are planning on starting your celebrations early.
2.Music is always playing by the pool and it has the party atmosphere most definitely. They also host regular guest parties, some require bookings (table bookings with min spends etc).
3.The company I used for the my desert safari is called Desert Safari Dubai, whatsapp +97142087466 (everything is done on WhatsApp in Dubai).
Ps. also sign up and if you can, book your accommodation direct with the hotel, it has its benefits.

I am not 100% sure, its best to check the emirate's website to be sure. However saying that, I can not see a reason why they won't! 😊
Is that hotel centrally located? Near all the main sites? How did you get around? uber?
It is located on the Palm and within a cab's ride from all the main sites. Ubers are expensive and can be a ripoff! I used the yellow taxis which are everywhere, realiable and cheaper! 👍🏽😎
Do you have to book when you wanna go to the penthouse at night or is it just first come first served?
You definitely have to make reservations as there are limited tables. It is table service only. I've had a great couple nights here, would highly recommend 👌🏽

Like any legal retail establishment they can't possibly ID everyone. The hotel is very popular with young adults so I guess you will be fine else you have the obvious baby face 👶and travelling with your parents. I hope you have a great time 🙏🏽
