Hello Oto, thank you for this helpful video. I have a question, can I show a bank statement not regulated by the financial regulatory body in the country I'm appyling from? Most of my money is in a bank account in Panama, and I'm applying for UK visa from the Dominican Republic.
I’m not aware of any rules that say you can’t. However, note that the embassy will have difficulties verifying the details in your bank account where it is from a 3rd party country.
If they cannot verify and you do not meet other requirements, then it will adversely affect the outcome of your application.
It is always best to err on the side of caution.

I am sponsoring my sister for a visitor visa, she will be staying with me at my rented flat, I have included a tenancy agreement aswel as a supporting letter from my landlord saying that she can stay with me during her visit is this enough to secure her accommodation??

Her parents live in her country she has mentioned on the covering letter shall we include parents resident permit just to prove they actually live there
You do not require proof from your landlord that she’ll stay with you. Mentioning it in your letter and including the address is sufficient.

In this case, which one amount would I indicate if I am submitting business and personal bank statement but I prefer to use my personal account statement for my round trips

Even if your trip is sponsored, part of good planning involves knowing the estimated cost of your trip. E.g how much your sponsor would make available to you for the trip or how much of your own money is available for the trip.
Is it 6 months bank statement or 3 months bank statement. On the UK website it is not stated how many months bank statement.on other websites they say 3 months and others say 6 months. Which is which cz I'm confused.

That would be illegal. You would be deported when caught and banned from re-entry.

Hello I was refused twice and my wife was refused once then we are working then but later we resigned working for the company we are both working for in the year 2021. You need to show proof of funds and the source of funds. That is the only way.

If your parents are sponsoring your trip, then they should provide the proof of funds. You may also need a reference letter from your school.

If you’re a student going on vacation alone and your brother is the one sponsoring your trip and you don’t have evidence of the funds in your possession, and no other fall back plan, they will not be convinced that your story is genuine.
The odds are already against you. I.e if you are going on a vacation that you cannot afford.
Again, the purpose of your trip is relevant.
