However, basic ingredients and methods exist in all of them. This recipe here is something from a different planet.I'm sure that the two presenters know what rubbish they are being shown and have to suffer tasting it for the sake of their jobs.
It's diabolical really. I think the only part I might agree with is adding the spices early to get the flavour released into the oil. She wasn't even stirring it and she just left the spatula in the pan cooking along with the sauce. Silly.
