It is a pleasure to watch a man who has mastered a discipline and shares that knowledge with us. I came across your videos about 10 years ago, got a bag, built my own mount, bought "The Speed Bag Bible" and have been at it since. Thank you!
The chain link swivel is fine and peanut bag (small) is also fine, but that bag is best for faster music. For slower music, you can either let a bit of air out of the bag or go to a larger sized bag such as 9x6 or 10x7. Also, Punch Drumming is about "SOUND and BEAT control" for whatever speed of the music your using. For slower music, hit softer. For an example see my video "new age Piano", ...kind of slow easy song, using a Title 9x6 bag ruclips.net/video/sjO4ZZtpY6U/видео.html
@@speedbag1 Thank you my friend, and by the way . . . I have always loved hitting the bags and I am pretty fast (even at 63,) but you are very enjoyable to watch. Awesome!!!!

What is the best swivel and size bag? I used a chain-link and peanut bag for many years but seems a bit too quick to punch drum.

The MAN!
what style of set up is this? Who makes your platform?
Those extra rebounds could be thought of as ghost notes.
