When you’re house hunting, most people have the usual criteria, updated kitchen, finished basement, pool, and so on. But when you’re a celebrity you may have some different requests - just ask Kelly Rowland. The former Destiny’s Child member actually found her dream home on the TV show Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and one thing she was looking for? A backyard private enough for her to walk around naked in. Anyways, today we’ll take a look at where Kelly and her family call home, like her current home in Sherman Oaks and more. Kelly Rowland is a singer, songwriter, actress and TV personality who rose to fame in the 90s as a member of Destiny’s Child - one of the world’s best selling girl groups of all time. Naturally, Kelly was also a childhood BFFs with Beyonce. As the stories go, Ms. Rowland had a rather rocky home life so Beyonce’s parents took her under their wing and even allowed Kelly to move into their house as a young teen, while she and Bey pursued their music dream. Although Destiny’s Child would eventually disband in 2004, they sold a whopping 60 million records worldwide, enough to make history and make Kelly a millionaire many times over. At the time of this recording, Kelly’s estimated net worth is between 12-20 million dollars so I’d say she’s not doing too bad.

@@reformer6666 She actually has a lot to spend. Yes, it was reported that she was nearly broke years ago under Matthew’s management, however so many stars have been there. Also, a house with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms is not small. Her house has a cinema room and offices on top of all that. She has more than enough to spend as much as she wants

How many houses can you truly "live" in at the "same" time! How LARGE does a house have to be to satisfy your "basic" needs? Think about it!
I truly believe if you have LOVE, PEACE, AND JOY in a small-size house...it's the perfect "home" for you!
If there is a lack of love, joy, and peace...but, you occupy a MEGA PALACE-SIZED HOME, but it's filled with chaos/strife, murmuring & complaining, quarreling, hatred, etc. This is a GIGANTIC house of SORROW & PAIN!
Of course, you can have that mess in a small house, too!
But, the point is...if you reside in a TINY or Mega size "HOME" make sure that it is filled with plenty of love, peace, and joy! ALWAYS make sure your house is not just a house, but a HOME without SORROW & PAIN! ;-D

Her house is the perfect size, it large but too big where you might not see people for days. I grew up in large homes around 3500 to 4200 square feet . It is a great size and my husband plans on building us a dream home around 4,000sqft. I wouldn’t want anything much bigger than that. The trick is be in buisness and work for yourself . Have multiple businesses that are actually very profitable and invest.

So she paid almost 5 times more for the la property then the home in Texas. The la property was smaller in sq feet and in my opinion not as nice. I loved the first home. 700k 🤷♀️

Kelly home is gorgeous I am befuddled based on it's primarily white furniture and she has a baby or toddler and they get into everything and touch everything. I hope her fireplaces is toddler proof so little one doesn't get into that and pool area should be gated so baby doesn't get in without causing future accidents. Our children are our beautiful gifts. Love the home.
