His Dell SK-8135 is actually pretty good for a rubber dome board, you should upgrade and mod it next... after a thorough clean

@@robotman5105 uh yeah? but this is foam we're talking about lol. some of the stuff i can find on amazon is literally half the price of a high end board. imo you dont want to go overkill on sound deadening. it makes boards sound really muted and dull

I just want to shill some more on wasd. They do support a few different layouts, like the 1.75 shifts and such, if you ask them/use the SVG templates you can find through their support pages to make proper custom sets. Still has the cheap plastic on any of their custom printing, but it's pretty neat if aesthetics is the main criteria.

@@aadelhashmi6537 Actually forget that. So basically the best cheapest thing you can get is a RK61 with gatreon reds. Better than it is a Magicforce Smart 82, after that for 80$ you can get a keychron keyboard, but if you just want quality keycaps with good switches get a sk64s. its optical though but lubed its great but i dont advise it

Heeeey! :O That Dell keyoard is amazing! I have a pair of those, well not the fancy one with extra knobs and buttons, but like that sweet spacebar on it, and I love them because they sound nice and clicky like my PS2 keyboard. I have used them ever since they where throwing them out at this place I worked 12 years ago and I just cleaned one of them up real nice the other day, and decided to get some Razer keyboards with nice clicky green switches on them because I can put other key caps on, and I want a keyboard with weird colours and blinky lights on it. Still I miss the huge spacebar, it is really hard to put on right, so when I cleaned it up, I realized that I have been using it with the support unlatched all this time, but I still loved it. When they threw those keyboards out back in the days, some people went all rage because the new keyboards they provided was not as awesome as the good all Dell ones, and I still see then going for like 15$ online, because it is the king of office keyboards
