3:35 - That made me chuckle. Ain't it always the way? "Old faithful" finally gives way to the replacement and you realize what you've been missing. A relief to know the money wasn't wasted is always a bonus.
i've been a machinist for 33 years and owned my own machine and fab shop for the last 13, i have always been fascinated with cue making, i wished i would have persude this harder as a hobby, love your content, keep up the good work.
Young man you are truly a legend . There are not very people building a fullsplice with veneers. To think Brunswick did it 100 years ago. But I can only wonder what you will be producing years to come .thanks for your video
Eddie, you do absolutely stunning work! You are a truly gifted human being! Self taught is very respectable! I love watching your videos, don't stop what you're doin' cuz you're right with it! 💯
Been making cues for a while,. And I can definitely say you're not an amature.. you may not have other employees or an in person store front. But you're definitely professionally skilled.
I like this one the best. Simple, classic and beautiful. I can imagine the effort in simple. I remember making chessboards in school getting the squares to line up...
The attention to detail is amazing. One of the greats for sure. Coming from a woodworking background these video's are fantastic. I'd love to have one of your cues.
Wow, amazing craftsmanship! I'm getting started making cue sticks, nowhere near the level I see with your work. Watching your videos is quite inspiring. My machine shop is set up and I've got some fronts started, that's about it for now. I know I've got a long way to go but I'm looking forward to learning various techniques. Thank you for posting these videos!
My new favorite channel. Can't wait for the next cue project. They are a tremendous amount of work and time. Been dabbling with it off and on for a while now but your efforts are getting me going again. Beautiful cues especially for being new(ish) at it yourself. I like the ASMR video style also!
This is My favourite cue you have made, simple and elegant, your patience is outstanding, do you ever sell cues and ship them to the UK,I'm a snooker / pool player in a local league, thanks for the vids many thanks j
Sir you're a good craftsman and i admire the cues you are producing keep up the good work hope to buy cuefrom you someday when I saved enough money .I am sure when that time comes it will be worth every penny
Love your work! For videos with no talking, it really relaxes me as I watch and learn. You inspire me to start making cues. But I have no clue on the cnc part.
Really enjoying watching your videos, extremely satisfying. Years ago before RUclips, many of these techniques your using were considered a bit of mystery to most civilians..lol. These secrets were not shared often. Been wanting to try this since I was like 15 years old. Now 44, I’m slowly piecing together a work shop in a basement. Only a few components away from being able to start something. Lathe being the main one. 🤷🏻 Cnc maybe also… I think I’m gonna try to build these things the way I want. As everything is so expensive. Almost pulled the trigger on a Vevor lathe the other day on Amazon..finally found one with a 38mm spindle bore and 32 in distance between centers in the 1000 dollar range. But as I came to understand I would be dumping more money into it to get it to function properly and accurately….idk. Any ideas? Thanks Danny
Amazing work and great videos too! I have a bunch of questions about your machines! Are you custom making them or buying them? I had a hightower deluxe cuesmith and a 4 axis Seig CNC but I don't have anything anymore. Starting over... what do you recommend? Thanks!
I had no idea you were in Austin. Pool and woodworking are my 2 passions so this is perfect. Love the points and choice of wood. If you're looking to donate the broken grizzly to a needy local, I'm your man 😅. I LOVE 2 tinker.
And if your looking to donate a wrapless full splice with sunburst/flame veneers I'm your man! With curly maple forearm and handle. Maybe ebony handle? Or if you're willing to take a few hundred for it, I'm still your man! =P Or maybe I can trade some labor for a weekend. A 12 hour friday, sat, and sun sometime? 🌞
Полностью согласен, с таким оборудованием можно делать что угодно и как угодно. А вот в смысле технологий ОН действительно делает абсолютно логично. Правда не показывает приёмы доводки некоторых сопряжений. Но оно и правильно.
Please consider providing the month, year and price of each que you make on RUclips. Also, how long to get a cue and order information. I can't get the purple cue out of my mind.
The sapele is beautiful and has wonderful figuring. I am curious how that butt will translate to feel as a playing cue with two mated hardwoods. They are a gorgeous combo aesthetically!! Wrap or none?
If you have access to a drum sander (some people call them thickness sander (Wrong name or use)). That is how i get my veneers to consistent thicknesses. I can get 1/32" without fail.
listen to the boss,,,,, don't forget to stop by for black coffee together... goes duit and goes natural so that you will increase your enthusiasm for work and add brothers thank you very much
Truly beautiful combination of woods. Simple but so nice! I can understand that you gonna keep this one. What was the secret wood of the butt this time?
Idk about anyone else but I’d love to see an hour video you making the cue start to finish! Great work
3:35 - That made me chuckle. Ain't it always the way? "Old faithful" finally gives way to the replacement and you realize what you've been missing. A relief to know the money wasn't wasted is always a bonus.
Love that cue. Like to see it completed please. You are a talented man.
i've been a machinist for 33 years and owned my own machine and fab shop for the last 13, i have always been fascinated with cue making, i wished i would have persude this harder as a hobby, love your content, keep up the good work.
Awesome looking cue .....lovin that Sapele wood. Can't wait to see it complete.

I like this one the best. Simple, classic and beautiful. I can imagine the effort in simple. I remember making chessboards in school getting the squares to line up...
