Yes the clause of "speration of church and state" does not appear in the constitution but that is entirely a semantic debate equivalent to the speration of the words their and there. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion" known as the establishment clause and the opening lines of the 1st admentment. More or less what this means is no singular church group or establishment can use its force to infringe on other established rights of government and vice verse the governemnt cannot enshrie the beliefs of one religion at the expense of all others. The reason Thomas Jefferson originally coined the metaphor is because a puritan from rhode island named Roger Williams was worried about how government can and could enact policy and laws to damage existing religion organizations. "We need a high wall between chirch and state to keep the wildness of goverments out of the affairs of religion. This odea is shared by most of the founding fathers that signed the constitution, because their worry was policy and national leadership would become difficult if x group is more preferential then y group. Catholics and protestant comes to mind because most early founders where peotestant and not catholic, so if the government enshires one belief it can interfere with the other groups belief if not out right remove its legitimacy as a pracriced religion. Think how how the soviet union removal of the eastern orthodox from russia, that is what happens when there is no seperation and the power wholely relies in 1 party.
Charlie , i normally agree with you. I don't agree with your stance on hemp and/or marijuana. You are quoting correct statistics ,but you are applying them without allowing for any other forces. One example would be the liberal policies of the states that have legalized marijuana. Legalization has allowed us to ensure the same standards as any other tobacco industry product. Most probably a higher standard ( pun intended , if you smiled). The homelessness, crime, and other drugs can far more easily be attributed to support programs for the homeless, no penalty for crimes under $1000.00 and little penalty for crimes above that level as well as P.R. bonds for crimes up to murder. As far as the hard drugs go ,they were always here and are going to increase until we ,at the very least, secure the border. We have taken a huge chunk of the marijuana trade away from the cartels but have to take it all so we can devote all the saved drug enforcement funds and marijuana taxes to fight drug trafficking and help fund addiction recovery. Just a point of view for your consideration and contemplation. Thanks.

You should take accountability for your race doing something bad, but I shouldn’t take accountability for my race doing something bad. The skin color is important in crime as an identifying marker for the suspected criminal. If it's an Asian man fleeing the scene and all you list is his clothes you're gonna have trouble finding the suspect.
Just proves this country is in bad hands
I ONLY smoke medicreationally...
If he takes that stance on weed then we should also remove poisonous alcohol to remove even more terrible effects to the communities LOL. Too many people uninformed
I just found your channel today. Thank you for posting these. I think Charlie Kirk is excellent and the conversations are wonderful. Appreciate your channel.
That kid is all bubblegum and hair.
The way some of these people talk is so disingenuous.
Thanks.
Are these people for real? I'm no judge, but enjoy Gahanna. They know not at what they stumble.
Thanks for allowing us to watch the videos without interpretation and saving your comments to the end.
Thank you for sharing!!!
I disagree with the argument that marijuana is the sole reason for more crime and other social detriments in states that have legalized it.
The guy who cursed at Charlie Kirk and left got his feelings hurt. I bet he got clowned later for that by the other students.
Yes he probably was, but I bet he didn’t care about their opinions because they don’t believe in the exact same way, meaning anyone not agreeing with him is dishonest, and has a racist agenda
As God's Word says--whom God has Set Free is Free Indeed...
Captain Kirk owns these fools. In the sweetest way possible. Very Christlike actually. Very very inspiring
Thank you for sharing.
19:31 so if 97% of farmers say an apple is an orange, and 3% say an apple is an apple, which would she believe?
Love Charlie Kirk 'intellect and quick answers for any questions posted .
You should take accountability for your race doing something bad, but I shouldn’t take accountability for my race doing something bad. Man doesn’t even understand the definition of accountability like bruh be be held accountable is to be responsible I am not responsible for something I didn’t do. I can condemn it and I will but that doesn’t mean I made myself accountable because I condemned it. 29:19
sorry the kid at @22:00 I have a hard time believing he knows how to read, I do have a sneaking suspicion he wastes way too much time smoking questionable substances.
The third kid is an embarrassment to humanity and disrespects justin Bieber's haircut from the good ol days
Love these videos, thank you
34:35 aawww I love this guy! Aw I hope amazing thing for his future! All bright eyed and ready for the sh*tshow of this world.❤👏👏👏👏
42:00 when thinking you’re way more intelligent and informed than you actually are
Until it's breathes? A fetus breathes throughout gestation, they just don't breathe air. That's why it's critical for the baby to move quickly through the birth canal where there is no more amniotic fluid to breathe and no air to breathe.
You got me calling him Charlie Kick too. LOL
He is completely wrong in not legalizing cannabis. It is much more regulated and safer to consume. As a cancer survivor pot was very helpful.
Utah legalized weed for medical use, and it is just as safe as it has always been. Only differences my brothers and sisters are not getting arrested for trying to manage their pain.
Take accountability for hypotheticals. 😂
geez, I'd vote for this guy for president. He can hold a conversation.
Great videos! Thank you 😊
At one point the majority of scientists said we were headed for a ice age.
That wasn't that long ago. . .and also, there were TIME magazine covers saying that we have only a few years left of oil, PERIOD. This was only about 50 years ago. . .
Always speak TRUTH!!!
Love your work!
Thank you for being a walking commercial to not do drugs😂😂😂
WHAT EVEN WAS HIS POINT LOL. Absolutely destroyed
How many people have died from marijuana usage compared to alcohol
29:34 sounds like she is talking about recognition and not accountability.
