i would trust the arrow most of the game looks like mario forever, i don't think it's an updated engine though. i liked those flash-esque animation near the end also... no secret codes?
Blowser gets clever but not with his new name lol. The game is cool, I would enjoy playing it. It's got the elements from Mario World and Mario Odyssey in an original Mario setting which is nice. The faces and F for Toad is pretty funny. I would love to see a world 2.

"Bowser" at the end of 1-4 of this game was named Bruce because of the bluish colored "Bowser" you come across in the 8-4 Castle before coming across the real Bowser. He issupposedly Bowser's Brother and the speedrunning community decided to name him Bruce.

I remember watching a game like this where to select the world and walk, the map had traps that would kill you too, lol those were funny to watch.
I love the Batman cartoon style words that come when you interact with stuff, like “POWER-UP!” And “KICK!” It’s so needlessly dramatic
