Tip: If you are not seeing the copy option follow the below step.
After choosing the move/copy tool go to last in property manager and click Translate/Rotate. This will activate both the Move/Copy option.

which version you are using sir? and how did you get rendering icons by the side of instant 3d? i am not even able to arrange icons like you have done in solidworks 2017. can you please provide an instructional video over the same so that minimum easy environment in solidworks can be arranged by any user? this will be very helpful sir. :)

You used the same sketch to move/copy the extrude feature... But the bottom moved/copied extrude feature's hole is only 30mm from the main axis unlike the first 60mm distance...

In the drawing, a size of 30 mm is indicated not from the main axis, but from a generatrix on a surface with a diameter of 60 mm. The author did everything right.
