Great copy cat recipes. I recently went to Portland, OR, to visit my kids and grandkids. The eldest grandson wanted to go to Olive Garden. I knew it would cost me $150-$200 for the six of us. Instead I spent right at $20 to make chicken Alfredo with broccoli, salad fixins, and garlic bread sticks. It all looked and tasted like Olive Garden’s. We even had some leftovers. For the bread, if you don't have a mixer and a dough hook use the handle of a big wooden spoon, I saw this on a YT bread-making channel. I haven't tried the technique yet, but, I will since I haven't a dough hook. and only a little hand mixer. I'll make the rolls for someone that is helping me, he made a comment that his family of 9 eats a lot of bread, and also the Crunchwrap Supremes!

I really like lettuce wraps. We just found Curly's ribs. They were on sale for $9.99. I had a $2 coupon. It fed 3 of us. I really enjoyed them. In Memphis we like our ribs and BBQ.
I have a favorite banana bread recipe. But I've learned that it's hard to get it to cook all the way through in my loaf pan. So I make a few muffins too. Bonus, we get to eat the muffins while we wait for the bread.
Oh! I have two really great tips regarding the crunchwrap. 1.) You don't have to use a second tortilla to seal it! We never do at the restaurant, even if the wrap was overstuffed and left a hole. Just use more cheese and it will crisp up and make a seal! 2.) The nacho cheese inside nacho lunchables is just cheese whiz and jalapeno brine from the jar! Kraft owns lunchables, so it's nearly a perfect replacement

If America wasn't so profit for shareholders crazy, that stuff could be made just as affordably as the import stuff. A lot if stuff comes from Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines as well.
