Do tratak, breath awareness meditation and positive affirmations like "I have strong will power" or repeat your goals if you don't have any try to make one and when you have the urge repeat your goals in your mind.
Tip 1 - Don't feel guilty just increase your understanding everytime, have learning attitude and growth mindset.
Tip 2 - Regular physical exercise (do strength training, u can do good workout in home as well so don't make any excuses)
Tip 3 - Read books and don't consume video and audio content passively too much for multiple days.
Tip 4 - learn different skills that enhance your quality of life.
Tip 5 - observe your distractions and limits or remove it.
Tip 6 - track your progress visually.
Tip 7 - Theoretical learning is not actual learning you learn things deeply when you apply it practically. Life is practical so do everything practically always remember that.
Tip 8 - Smartly use reminder and notes app in your phone.
Tip 9 - if your experience is in contradiction with people who has mass following than always go with your experience. Doesn't matter how many followers someone has your personal experience is the real thing.
Tip 10 - "This 4 that formula"
If you do important, necessary things (this) than your are eligible for things that you want to do (that)
"This 4 that" forces you to do the right thing.
Tip 11 - you can give yourself punishment so u don't make the same mistake again. Punishment should not be very extreme (very hard or not hard at all) it's should be around medium level.
Tip 12 - Consume quality inputs on repeat in any form. You can read all the points on repeat everyday before and after sleep. You'll get bored after sometime but when you consume quality inputs on repeat many things spontaneously pop up in your mind that can change your life positively.
