Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Tiffany, love your plans. I absolutely love the idea that you are stepping out of your comfort zone with the Wren dress. I think it is good that you are making it out of the pink rather than muslin so that you can wear it. The grow me pj's for your nephew are so cute and he is darling. Oh, that Agata, won my heart with the fabric for Addy June's Valentine dress. How cute! I'm sure little Miss Addy is the best dressed little girl in southern Indiana. I do hope you have a wonderful weekend and are able to get some sewing in. Thank you so much for sharing your February plans.
Hello, Carol! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Hope you’re having a great start to your week, Carol! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hello, Jennifer! Thank you so much for watching and for the encouragement on my sleeve color-blocking idea! I’m excited to see how it turns out as well! Hope you’re having a great week! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Great plans as always, you are very smart to make The Wren Blouse in the pink fabric first ,❤and color-blocking when you are ready for real deal it going to be beautiful. I myself haven’t done much sewing lately because of our weather situation, it goes from plus to minus with snow in a blink of an eye,and my arthritis is acting up like crazy ,sore and stiff finger joints, but hoping to sew something little this weekend.Have a great weekend and happy sewing Tiffany
Hello, Paula! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Ugh, that weather can be so frustrating. I’ll hope for some sunshine soon in your future! Thanks for chatting with me, Paula! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hello, Nancy! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Nancy! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
I've been enjoying your channel for about a month now. I just had to comment on the little outfit you are making for your daughter with the cow on it. It is going to be adorable! The fabric choices are just right to go with that applique.
Aw, Hello, Carol! Thank you so much for watching and Welcome! I’m so excited to get to know you better 🥰 I so appreciate your kind words about the little cow outfit, I can’t wait to work on this one! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Carol! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
You make me smile for your whole video! I'm excited to see your chalk and notch top. I'm so glad that you are doing a muslin first. I was getting nervous that you weren't going to and I was worried about your precious fabric lol. The dress in that pattern is a little odd, I agree. I love your idea about the sleeves. The simplicity pattern is cute too. I might have to get it after your review. I'm making Simplicity 8556, view C. It's a woven t shirt . I'm using a rayon batik. Your nephew and his PJ's are adorable.
Hello, Adrienne! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Aw, your simplicity top sounds so lovely! I’m going to have to look that pattern up and see if I have it! Thanks for sharing with me, Adrienne! Hope you’re having a great start to your week! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Oh WIW, what fabulous fabric from Agatha- so generous. Love your beautiful BTPD fabric. It would not occur to me to colour block as it is something I never do. Will be SO interesting to see the final make. Cute model nephew in his PJ’s!! Makes me feel guilty - I never sew for my grandson who is 6 months old- seems far too fiddly. Maybe when he is bigger🤔. Anyway, Happy Sewing 😊 Lynne
Hello, Lynne! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much! Sewing for kiddos is a double edged sword sometimes, it’s so fun to design little handmade clothes but they also grow out of them so quickly. I love the Grow with Me Pjs because they’re designed to last a long time. They have an extra long top and the cuffs on the pants extend. My little girl has been wearing the same size for 1.5 years, just recently needing to size up. Amazing pattern! I don’t mind taking the time to make that pattern for the little ones in my life, as it’ll last them longer than just a few months. Thanks so much chatting with me, Lynne! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
That little pink cow outfit for Addie June is going to be so adorable! It's almost as if those fabrics were sitting in your stash, just waiting to be paired with that sweet little cow patch. How perfect are they?!?
Hello, Linda! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it’s meant so much to me! Aw, yes, I love finding these perfect projects right within my stash waiting on me! Makes me appreciate what I have even more! Thanks so much for taking the time to chat with me, Linda! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
You are so fun. Getting up your courage to work with woven fabrics. I feel exactly the same way with knits. I have been spending the last five or six months just trying to do one or two small projects to get used to how much the fabric moves! Working on the S9240 again this weekend. I had it almost all finished last weekend and hated it! Far too big even though I went down a size to start. So I took it all apart and started again today. TWO sizes smaller. It seems to be better. We will see. Have a great weekend.
Hello, Julie! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Oh, I’m so sorry the 9240 is giving you fitting issues. It definitely runs large in my opinion. I hope your new size selection will work out really well for you! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Julie! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Thank you, Zelda! S9273 looks like such a beautiful pattern, I can’t wait to give it a try! Hope you have a great weekend, Zelda! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hi Tiffany, great selection of fabrics, you have great taste🙌🏻. I’m currently working on a summer dress (love notions pattern), but I’m waiting on my elastic thread order from Wawak to arrive. Have a great sewing weekend 🧵🪡🧵🪡💞💞
Hello, Karen! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Oooo, a summer dress sounds wonderful, Karen! I’m ready to switch up my makes towards more warm weather, I think. Hopefully spring isn’t too far off for us 🥰 I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Karen! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hello, Tina! Thank you so much for watching! It’s so neat to hear from a fellow Hoosier! We’re practically neighbors! 🥰 I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Tina! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
I made the Wren top. I really like how it turned out. I would not make the dress either. Not only is it shjort, I also don't think a dropped waist is very flattering on myself.
Hello, Heather! Thank you so much for watching and for commenting! I agree, a dropped waist is a hard look to pull off for many body types. I’ll definitely just be sticking with the top version, haha. Hope you have a great weekend, Heather! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hey Tiffany! How are you? Those fabrics for Addie are really cute! Also, what top are you wearing? Looks very nice. Would really like to know what patterns you’re wearing in each of your videos. Continue with your very cheerful videos and, Happy Sewing!😃👍🏽
Hello, Blanche! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Oh, I always forget to talk about what I’m wearing, I’ll try to remember that for the future. I do try to update my description box for every video with what I’m wearing though. For today, I’m wearing a RTW shirt I purchased from a local boutique. I love the southwest style fabric! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Blanche! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Loved those fabrics for your daughter’s dresses, Tiffany! You’ve reminded me that I have some pretty flamingo print fabric that I might use for an Everywhere dress for my niece. And that Wren blouse looks beautiful. Like you I am focusing on my stash this year, but do you ever pull out a beautiful fabric but don’t want to sew it because it’s ’too nice’? Or is that just me and my lack of confidence, not wanting to mess up such lovely fabric?! Good luck with all your sewing plans.
Hello, Jan! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Aw, yes, I definitely do that. I have some fabrics that I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to actually use🙈😂 But I’ve also found the courage recently to remind myself that it’s just fabric, it will degrade at some point in the future and no one will ever likely love it as much as I do so I need to use it on myself while I can. And there’s always beautiful fabric out there that can replace it. My strategy is to make sure I’m using that fabric on patterns that I’ve tested and loved! Thanks so much for chatting with me, Jan! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
Hello, Diane! Thank you so much for watching and for such a kind comment, it means so much to me! Hope you’re having a great start to your week! Happy Sewing ❤️~Tiffany
