With a system like this is there any way to remote in from a different location. Example, your shop needed to close for weather could you change the answering greeting from our house?

Hello i'm trying to setup the voicemail service it dosne't work. It' possible to record the message in the voicemail service.I can't listen it through my ip phone but I don't have any message delivered to my email.Do you have any idea? Can you help me ? Thank you

This is why I like life in England. Call this number, you receive IVR to say you may be recorded. If you agree, you've given consent.
Not everywhere has IVR but it is pretty nice that most places here use IVR =D
