Go for the hammerite type black finish. I think that looks ace. I recommend the hole punches, went through my stainless steel kegs no problem. So if anyone copies this the punches will be fine

Looks great but I couldn't believe you installed all of the electronics before cleaning all of the metal filings from inside the box.
Yea man, I hole punched through my keg which is probably a bit thicker than your control panel...looking good...INSPIRATTTIONAL
Will your fridge control fit at the top once the heat-sink & SSRs are in? Might need to go at the bottom? Looking really good.
