Proud Z6 owner, no complaints so far. I am lucky I guess. This was a normal repair and not service hence they are not liable to wash your car. They will drive your car to check if your trip is changing or its working fine. Pls dont expect too much brother. You never addressed if the issue was resolved or not which was the main point of this video.
It’s a courtesy where these Indian companies lag and will never be able to topple international companies. There is something called customer delight which these Indian companies don’t follow. It’s after so many pain taking efforts that the company rose from slumber just because their credibility was at stake. Never gonna buy Indian made cars

SIr, before taking Tata Nexon, i was very much concerned about post sale service of Tata, but I never felt any problem with Tata's service even a single time, even when I was travelling to smaller towns. Tata have improved a lot in services and sales, but seeing Mahindra's service I m still finding it difficult to understand the treatment they are giving to their own customers. After seeing your videos regarding Mahindra's service I m now starting doubting on my decision booking Scorpio-N. Some way this has to be tackled by Mahindra Auto and hope your channel provides that platform.
See Kaushik ji I requested you before and as well Arun Panwar ji and Sanskari sumit ji that Toyota and MG motor is good in 7 seater or 8 seater but you keep on supporting Mahindra and Tata. I have taken MG hector plus trust me people should buy MG motors Diesel cars it's awesome. Service is also awesome. And Toyota you already know it's best

I was advised not to but Mahindra cars by my car enthusiast cousin but I really liked Scorpio N. So I booked it on day 1 which never came. I was offered a car but I had to pay 50k under the table if u wanted to buy it. I eventually canceled my booking. I really hope Mahindra and Tata solve these “desi” standards…very sad for u.😢

I'm facing the same trip meter problem as you and in addition my centre display switches off and I have to stop my car pull out the key and wait for 2 mins and start again to ge the display back. On top of that my car is a petrol automatic and the average fuel consumption is around 6.5 kpl while driving within noida which is not too crowded like Delhi. Koncept Mahindra and Mahindra head office are not bothered and they have not called me for the past 4 months despite my chasing them continuously. I have just parked my car and not even driving it since the past 2 months.

Nothing can beat Maruti service. they handle really well even they have hundreds of cars in service center every day. The manufacturer has full control over service centre. they will take pictures before taking car to service. give updates and pricing info. you will get service rating request from manugmfacturer. if there is negative review they will make sure service center will fix the issue.
