Hello there, thank you so much for this video! I’m starting to release my podcast in late August of this year and I noticed at 7:19 timestamp, you explain the process of making your episode live. Just for clarification: when an episode is live, will it be automatically available on Apple podcasts, google podcasts, etc.?
All the platforms you have connected will then receive the podcast and it will be available to those who listen on that platform, not instant but pretty quick.
The episode is live when you publish it, so if you share the link with someone they can now listen to the podcast, or if you embed the link on your website people can listen to the podcast directly. If you do not publish it, nobody can listen to the podcast. Submission to the various directories and when they show it on their platforms is a separate process and, like you stated, it may take some time for them to approve and show available on their platform.
Thank you. That was the best video explanation of how to upload a Podcast.
Thanks for the kind words!

Rodrigo Rafael Have you uploaded a podcast episode yet? Or is that what you are doing now and it’s giving you that error message?
@@ecommnewbienuggets I realized that it wasn't enabled to public
@@rodrigorafael9514 Cool, thanks for sharing the fix, I learned something new as well. Good luck with your podcast!
@@ecommnewbienuggets thanks I really appreciated
I don’t believe it’s alive right when you publish it, you have to wait for the directories to approve your podcast
