    Guided meditation transcript:
    And now let's begin. Make sure you won't be disturbed during the entirety of the meditation. Sit nice and comfortably, either on the chair or on the floor, on the edge of your bed. Wherever you're available. For this experience in meditation and in transcendence, going beyond the thoughts you have of who you might be and experiencing who you really are at the core of your existence.
    Bypassing human concepts, bypassing your ego, and bypassing concepts such as time and space. Give yourself the opportunity to be fully present here and now during the entirety of this guided meditation. This meditation will be in two parts. The first part is a meditation for transcendence, using vibration as a meditation object, as an anchor for your mind not to drift away.
    And the second part will be a contemplation on an idea, a quote, or a very simple but important concept. Please make sure you listen to this meditation right up until the end. Get settled in nice and relaxed using your breath, and each expert creation exhalation is no opportunity to release tensions in your muscles as well as in your heart and in your spirit.
    Gently close your eyes, and hands to the heart, either in a praying position or flat on the chest. Whatever feels more natural as we take a moment to dedicate this meditation to somebody or a group of people, it can be to anybody that you want, somebody that you know, somebody that you don't know, somebody that you've lost, somebody that you love, somebody that you're having challenges with.
    We do so very simply, inhaling in through the nose, nice and deep and on the exhalation. We project our love for gratitude and our appreciation towards that person. I will now start introducing the vibration, the sound. You will put your focus gently and effortlessly on that vibration, and you will keep it on the foreground of your mind. When thoughts come, don't judge the thoughts and don't try to eliminate these thoughts simply, very simply, easily, with no effort to go back to the vibration; put it back on the center stage of your inner personal space.
    When the sound fades out and disappears. Let it resonate in your own mind for a few extra moments.
    You may now let go of the vibration. The meditation is over. Let it go. Let it float away. Gently. And whenever you're ready. Take a nice deep breath and open your eyes. Stay seated for a few extra moments. Appreciate this calm energy you've created for yourself. We have created together. And before I let you go, I would like to share a quote with you from the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu, who says:
    "He who knows others is wise. He who knows himself is enlightened."
    And so here's your task for right now. Contemplate who you are, who you really are, not who you think you are, or know who other people think you are. You're not a name. You are not a function. Who are you? You may journal about this and share some of your thoughts with your friends in the comments section.

    I had stopped meditating for a few months and my mental health drastically changed. this morning I started it beck again and I feel more at peace and focused. It's so important to give that space for yourself

    23:30 I had been having trouble to take a full breathe due to a highly strenuous schedule. I was amazed at the end, I naturally took a full breathe. However, through the experience I was seeing so many different hues with dimensional effects. It was amazing.

    Step 1. Choose something to think about, let’s say the number 7.
    Step 2. As you think about the number 7 and only the number 7, you need to remain focused on the number7.
    Step 3. As your focus drifts, refocus on the number 7.
    Step 4. You will eventually feel your drifting focus, but force yourself to focus on the number 7.
    Step 5. Feel that drift and stay in that drift, while focusing on the number 7.

    Hey Raphael
    I don’t know why, I wasn’t able to contemplate who I am beyond my name and job. The whole part with the vibrations was calming, but when I woke up I still started feeling negative about myself. Is this normal? I am someone who is constantly worried about my future after getting laid off. What advice can you give to start feeling positive

    Maybe we are the true images of god, the manifestation of his thoughts and emotions embodied to create on his behalf. It’s said we are made in gods image. Idk if the angels were made in a like sense. Maybe it’s the difference between us and them. Maybe that’s why forgiveness is extended to us, because we are incarnated with the ability to achieve true divinity. When we reach that point, we now have a direct line of communication with it. Incarnation has fully been embodied and now at this point creation can be experienced at its peak. It is finite however, fleeting. We can exist in it but it can leave us if we fail to maintain it. I felt very protected as a child and young adult. It wasn’t until I made the choices that I did, is when I realized the protection was now gone. I was in alignment and lived in bliss for my existence. I lost that, I seek that feeling back now. I’m closer than ever and choose to exist in unity with the divine.
