    Guided Meditation Transcription:
So the first part will be a transcendent meditation. We will use a vibration, a set of vibrations with binaural beats, which is the friction between two close frequencies for an added benefit of sound therapy. The second part will be a contemplation. We will have a stoic contemplation.
Close your eyes and breathe, if possible. Breathe through the nose and put the tip of your tongue behind your top teeth. This will allow the energy in your whole body to flow optimally. And so the heart, as we dedicate this session to someone, it can be anybody that you choose. Deep breath in through the nose and on the exhalation.
We project our love, gratitude and appreciation towards not a person or group of people. Take a moment to feel the energy, to feel the bond, to feel the connection. Notice that you're never alone. You are interdependent of all things within the realm of nature. I will now start introducing the vibrations when you find them. Put your focus gently on them.
Keep it there throughout the entirety of the meditation. When thoughts come, don't judge those thoughts. Don't try to eliminate these thoughts. Simply go back as gently as possible to the vibrations, putting them back on the foreground of your mind. When the sounds fade out and disappear, let them resonate naturally, beautifully inside of your own.
You may now let go of the vibration, Let go of the focus. Let your mind wander wherever it needs to wander. Enjoy the peace, the stillness, the calm energy that you've created. Take a nice deep breath. Gently open your eyes. I will leave you for today with an object of contemplation. As I said before, it's by the stoic philosopher,Seneca, who says: "Sometimes even to live is an act of courage."
How does this resonate with you? Let me know in the comments section below, and please don't hesitate to interact with your friends and fellow meditators in that comment section.

Sometime even to live takes courage reminds me of how important it is to be aware, concentrated, in daily life. How many days are we truly living the way that represent our highest selves and how often do we ignore changes to change / create something better. Thank you for this beautiful meditation❤

'sometimes even to live is an act of courage'.... This quote reminded me to recognize my courageousness, as part of practicing self love. That life can be hard and I am doing my best. Much love!

I missed about 10 days ofTM due to Covid so it was a bit harder to transcend but I got there at the very end. I appreciate these guided meditations because it is so hard to "just sit with my eyes closed" With the music and binural beats I am able to just sit and gently push my thoughts away. I dont have to think the mantra with this and I can transcend just listening to the "buzz". SO HELPFUL for a hyperactive mind. Thank you!

An act of courage is an act from the heart. ❤ Right?

You may have heard this one: It is the ability to feel the fear, face it, and do that hard thing anyway. The word courage comes from the French root Coeur that means heart. Courage is a matter of the heart and therefore a matter of love.

Any tips from anyone to go deeper? I’ve been consistent and I’m able to put myself in a relaxed state but hard to not follow my thoughts sometimes. I’ve tried counting my breaths as well as using a personal mantra. If anything I’ll just keep practicing

Jai Sri Rama. Ears, eyes, nose, tongue, skin feed experiences to Conscious Mind. Silence is the source of sound, light source of sight. smell, source of nose, touch source of skin. Awareness source of experience. Source of Awareness is different states of Consciousness, wakeful, dreams, sleep and others. Consciousness is the Source of all resources.
