They all need to be taken off these list and put into the Elder Gods Of Hip Hop list so they can stop being put on these ratings list. All of their bodies of work speak for itself. The only way to make this list you really have to have changed the the trajectory of Hip Hop. Lil Wayne and this is my opinion is the Greatest right now and he is closest to being in the Elder Gods list.
