I think Mr. Mathers was concentrated on the interviewer and thought the person behind him was someone joking so for me it seems like it could have been everybody and he still would say: "Who is this guy?" because it's uncommon that someone disturbs you while you get interviewed and you are concentrated. Then he saw it was 50 Cent, tried to be still serious without laughing and made it. That's a true, passionate down to earth man, infront and probably behind the camera and spotlight too.
