VIEW TEMPLATES - How to Make and Use them

I see many people still adjusting the Visibility Graphics per view instead of making VIEW TEMPLATES to adjust ALL VIEWS of a similar type at once!

Can you make a video for efficiencies on linked revit models with AutoCAD files? I also use filters in my templates. I am trying to find efficiencies, but new to templates. I am an MEP drafter that sets up our revit projects using the Architectural model. Thanks in advance.
