Definitely the most elaborative video on this topic. Was struggling a lot with these concepts and thanks for making it easier to understand. :)

Mike, I would just like to say that as a New person working in the world of design. Worked in the field as a plumber/pipefitter for 17yrs and have decided to move into the VCD department of the company that I am working for. Your videos are amazing, very easy to listen to and learn from. I have spent many hours watching your videos and learning from your content.
Just wanted to say thank you for your page and material.

Welcome to the Virtual side of the community. I too spent many years (25+) on the design side as a practicing Architect (and I'm still registered).. .but then I flipped over to the BIM Management and VDC side and absolutely love it. Probably love it because I understand the industry and what we are trying to accomplish.. and we use Revit as a tool to get us there.

Great tip ! Video a bit long, but hey, you're doing a great job. For multiple future renovations you could name the future phases with the relevant project number.

During my internship in Architectural firm in Uganda, i couldn't go further to do working detailed drawings except just modelling any child can do with clay. 🤣However, what makes a better draft man is the ability to produce readable detailed drawings. working with scope boxes and sections boxes, got unleashed for me in your tutorial. Thanks a lot.

Great video thank you again.can you also make a video about aligning various revit models in Navisworks

    • @miketaylor8211

I don’t use Navisworks too much since I line everything up in BIM360 instead, but I can look into making a video! Navisworks is very powerful.

I do have a video about fascia.. but it must not cover your specific need!!! :)

so how can we use Scope Box effectively for 3D views then? Can we not find a workaround to adjusting the height of scopeboxes in 3D views?

how to adjust the grid and level extents from scope box

    • @miketaylor8211

You still have grips for the grids and the levels when using a Scope Box. I guess I don't understand the question. :/
