All I see is basic fundamental tactics, like passing around in tight gaps, etc. Nothing more! What good coaches like Pep, Artera, Klopp, etc have is they have made an elite system! They have turned decent players into great players! Only visionary managers can do that!

Chelsea will regret if they fire Poch for this guy. This situation reminds me of the Nagelsmann and Bayern episode. Bayern sacking Nagelsmann because they feared they'd miss out on Tuchel, now they are scrambling trying to find a manager when they fired a great manager. Don't fix what isn't broken. We can always get him some other time once he has shown what he can do with Ipswich in the PL.
