Simply a significantly reflective song for everyone. This song has the reflection of what decisions are and what an insecure decision can cause, and put hopelessness in our lives. You may feel sad and give up everything, but there is always a way not to fall completely. I love this song why it hit my heart 💕
i swear i'm somewhere in the front there- i can recognize the girls that were next to me as well as the big guys in front (which blocked me the whole time), but i cant see my teeny little head down there. ;-;

Runaway is a very special song to me, it basically tells how life can be confusing and how we keep on searching for ourselves when we dont need to runaway for those answers and im really grateful for every song they release and here's for their successful 2020 ahead of us

It is absolutely wild that now not yet is their FIRST full album!! It takes most artists YEARS to develop their sound and ideas enough to make an album half as good.
I went to their concert and all I have to say is that it is an E X P E R I E N C E! I can't fathom into words how I felt afterwards.
I'm crying because of how amazing this experience has been. The experience of half•alive. When I went to the concert I didn't know exactly everything about them yet. I've really dove into this and I love this whole community, Josh, Brett, J, Jordan, Aiden. And the team. Thanks for this video. Sometimes things like this really get me through. Thank you for everything.
And also when I say community I mean fans too. I've been in two groupchats now. I've met new people that I would now consider really good friends.

@R - it was real great! I saw them in Nashville and my poor mom was so tired but she let us wait by their tour bus till they came out. Tho we waited so long, I got to meet the videographer, the opening band Sure Sure, and the dancers, which were all super great people. When me, my sis, and my mom met half alive they obviously were tired and other people were waiting on them so it felt bad to just ask for autographs and have to leave but I'm still super thankful they gave us the time even after being exhausted from the show

As a musician of this type of music, it's really hard to recreate an album quality sound live due to the level of production and mixing in the studio. So for them to sound this clean and this much like the album recording is a feat in of itself. My hats off to them and their tour production team and Roadies for doing such an awesome job. I've had bad experiences dealing with touring music staff and understand that a man with his faith, It must be a difficult battle to fight in that environment so my hat off to Josh for keeping his faith fully alive.
