  • @Antipodean33

Remember Arafats reaction on the day of 911? He was moved to tears, he was absolutely shocked by the atrocity. Then remember Netenyahu's reaction? He said 911 is very good for Israel. No empathy, no shock, nothing but how good it was for Israel. Interesting eh, especially considering US media was saying the Palestinians were celebrating, which was a total lie. The only people celebrating were the 5 dancing Israeli's who filmed the whole attack

It's a shame that the person who administered the drug will never be brought to justice, the Palestinian leaders seemed very nervous of the truth, no matter what people may think of Yasser Arafat, he didn't deserve to be killed in such a cowardly way, and his family deserve justice.

I had seen only the first video years ago and being a doctor I knew it was poisoning.
The reason why I thought it was poisoning because either bad infections or bad cancer or other health conditions could cause symptoms what yasser arafat had. Plus the timing of his symptoms in context of negative all other tests points to poisoning as being very likely. Hat off to aljazeera and the journalist who carried this out after such a very long time. Plus it also shows how palestinian authorities handled the situation, very poorly. Truth must be revealed.

Is there a part three to this?
My heartfelt condolences to Mrs Arafat and her daughter. They are both very brave and courageous women. And it’s great that Al Jazeera supported them in this investigation. There are some decent people involved in the investigation such as the British guy (sorry I forget his name) who gave his final conclusion at the end of this film. But we also have the enemy such as the close confidants of Mr Arafat who wanted him out. Why is it that else where in the world when a leader dies it’s usually of natural causes. In the Middle East we have the likes of sadam and gaddafi who had an awful ending to their leadership as did poor Mr Arafat. Too much corruption in this world. Sadly it’s the common man that usually suffers at the hands of some evil leaders! God help us all. And May we soon get to the end of this investigation as to whom was behind Mr Arafat’s murder conspiracy.

Saddam and Gadafi met sticky ends because they were evil dictators who tortured and hurt alot of people they got what they deserved. Arafat however fought for a worthwhile cause. It's not my cause and I would have considered Arafat an enemy that being said he was a voice of reason amongst alot of unreasonable people. I think it's unfortunate that he is dead because he was a guy capable of making peace and those left over are not.

@@joshualittle877 you have it backwards kiddo. Saddam and Gaddafi we're great leaders who did great things for their people. @@joshualittle877 AraRat couldn't make peace. You see, he wasn't Palestinian and was never even elected to represent us. We never recognized any central authority. Nobody is authorized to sign our rights away. There won't be any peace until we get back every inch of our land.

I commend Al Jazeera, the reporter and the camera man who has done this daring work against all odds. With the kind of bickering and the divisions in Palestinian leaders over a simple decision of determining the cause of death of their leader, I do not expect the truth will be ever known. The question is who can afford a potent substance like this? Who else has been silenced by this substance?

Its obvious that Isreal poisoned him with the use of Mossad. There are so many proven cases where they assasinated people in the world. They are disgusting evil criminals. They use their past as a political shield to do whatever they want. And the world is spineless and scared to do anything about it. Israel has the US politics under their control its pretty obvious if you see their foreign policy of the last 4 decades. Every war and interventions were for Israel, no other country benefitted from them other then Israel. It was all to the detriment of the US itself. And look what Israel is doing to the innocent children of Palestina. They are killing and oppressing them and taking their land. Its just incredibly disgusting how corrupt and inhumane they are. And the world watches it silently....

My step father just died last week with similar symptoms. Except they found meningitis had started a infection in his brain, and he ended up with a blood clot, that caused him to go into a coma, and never woke up. The pressure from the blood clot on his brain stem caused severe brain damage, and we took him off life support 2 wks later. Hearing this story was like reliving the last month all over again, and I couldn't believe how similar it was. I definitely don't think my step father was murdered, but its crazy how a video from 2013, pops up as a recommended video, and it was so similar to the worst 4 wks in my entire life. Arafat was a "holy leader"if nothing else he united his people. Killing him should have been last option and only if he/his actions led to killing of innocent people.
