Great info! I reeeealy hate run flats for several reasons and this spare tire kit is the answer. My son has a 2017 RS and he caught a screw in his rear left tire. He drove on the low tire for about 4 miles with only about 20 PSI. He went to Discount Tire to patch it but the tire was TRASHED. Just driving on that run flat tire for that short distance actually cracked the rubber on the inside. I can’t believe any car maker would put out such an inferior product. So instead of replacing it with another expensive POS run flat, we’re going with regular tires and getting the spare tire kit. Regular tires are cheaper, last longer, ride better and you can drive with confidence knowing a flat tire won’t limit or cripple you. Makes no sense to do it any other way.

Quick tip for anyone wondering how well this tire fits in the trunk of a 2010-2015 Camaro:
-You will need an extension that comes with the purchasing option that includes the tools.
-It’s gonna be a little wobbly, as it seems like Chevrolet really didn’t count on anyone wanting a useful spare tire.

So this is a 20" wheel? That price is pretty decent. Although that Jack would probably not fit under my car which is lowered and has side skirts. It's a chore getting my car up. I would need to bring my jack I guess.
James Friedman the jack does go quite a bit lower. It was up aways when I first show it and under the car.
Do you not need the spacer that comes with it?
I guess that depends on the model. Since this video they've refined the product quite a bit. I'd think of it comes with a spacer it's probably needed. Sorry I don't know for sure.

jokil1986 it just goes in the truck like a piece of luggage or whatever. There is no spot for a spare in the 6th gens.
Carry a can of fix a flat in your trunk.
