Thank you! I honestly have a love hate relationship with amazing self improvement advice like in Mark's video because it is so extremely valuable but it is usually delivered in a way that doesn't incentivize action which is ultimately what we need to get better.
Random side note... Have we always been able to turn a toggle list into a callout and have it become a toggle callout? I just randomly discovered this earlier today and its amazing! I really hope it's not just a bug that I'm having because its the best of both worlds! Anyways, I completely agree with what you and Mark have to say about gamification! I especially liked marks perspective on boundaries, I've never heard the theory about sticking to your own quests and I love it! Great job with the video and I can't wait to see what your working on next!
@@joe_jepsen From what I know it's just having a callout inside of a toggle I really liked Mark's take on gamification because he skips a lot of gimmicks that most videos like this focus on Up next is something I'm really excited about too! "The 5 Habits of Highly Suxcessful Gamers"
@@LifeGameDesign I actually figured it out. Notion updated callouts so you can put rich data in the title area of a callout. You can drop databases and toggle lists right in the title now as long as the callout isn't nested in a column. I'm guessing Notion didn't announce the update because it's still glitchy but it happened when they added the ability to remove the emoji/icon. And the next video sounds like a good one! I'm excited for it!
Great reaction video! Lot's of wisdom, dude.
