I disagree with ur dual toxicist build whole heartedly. The incarnate + passive gives it insane amount of atk speed. building more is useless even more so with ur own reasoning with ur burston build. the punch through to me isnt necessary. it can easily clear rooms without it as its Incarnate form ricochets bullets.

Instead of umbral intensify, use precision intensify to strengthen your roar
I forgot about that completely! Anyway he gets a lotta stacks so I can swap umbral intensify for more damage.

Yes, I agree seeker isn't necessary for the build, but the damage output after seeker is crazy good
