    Thank you, well presented and very useful. I'm looking to buy this or the 5000? Early days, just started to research on these.
    Have you done a review on the XVLP 5000 ? Thanks again.

    Will the parts from the Wagner fit the Titan?

    Hey there the dial for air pressure would you always keep it on full

    • @westsprayairless8763
      @westsprayairless8763  5 лет назад +3

      definitely not, slowly turn up the pressure until you get an even spray pattern, if you need to go to full pressure to get an even pattern, you could have a worn tip or paint flow restriction or a worn pump.

      @@westsprayairless8763 what would you recommend more for painting doors and other trims the Wagner fc3500 or graco ultramax

    • @westsprayairless8763
      @westsprayairless8763  5 лет назад +1

      @@gina4leon The UltraMax is much faster, however the pump has a short life before replacement is necessary and you need multiple tips for multiple applications, not the case with FC3500, but it is slower and can generate a lot more paint dust if the air is turned up high.

      I actually just bought the fc3500 and was playing around with it as I was testing it it seemd like a alot of paint splatter spots come through or is this the dust you spoke about
      I sprayed on cardboard first
      What is this and will.this go away if you sprayed a door as In when it drys
      I tried alot of setting putting the air up and down releasing more paint and less paint

      @@gina4leon it sounds like your paint is too thick and isn't atomising correctly, try thinning it up to 10% and then test

    Can this spray nitrocellulose lacquor?

    • @westsprayairless8763
      @westsprayairless8763  6 лет назад

      Cheng Liu any thing that needs any special thinner other than turpentine, water or enamel thinner shouldn't be run through the unit.

    • @chengliu872

      West Spray Airless: Ah, I see. I was wondering because the manual stated that you can run lacquer through this, but it wasn't clear on what type exactly.

      these are a hvlp which stands for high volume low pressure, they dont carry the same dangers as an airless which has way more pressure at the nozzle
